I also like that knowledgeable people answer the phone, not administrators who just tell you the opening hours and the price list. They were picked up by courier and brought back after repairs, very convenient. For which I lowered the rating: they carry the TV in a box, apparently there is nothing soft inside the box so as not to damage the device. As a result: the silver frame at the top was scratched, it's a shame.

During the repair process, the price has certainly changed, but of course.
