I initially addressed the issue of PC diagnostics, paid for accelerated diagnostics. He brought a separate PC, a separate power supply and stated that the problem was most likely in it.
After about 90 minutes, they call me back and tell me that the problem is in the power supply, and when I ask about other components, they tell me that they have not been checked because the power supply is not working properly. (that is, only one component was diagnosed from the diagnosis of the entire PC). I also consider it a big disadvantage for myself that there is no defect out of the act of technical condition because I have to rely only on the words of an incompetent employee (more on this below).
A power supply circuit malfunction was announced by phone and the cost of 100 rubles was announced. with deadlines of up to 14 working days. I refused to repair it, and in fact, when I came and started asking the employee questions about specific malfunctions, he could not give an answer to the essence of the question asked, but only turned to the master, to which the master gave a detailed answer about the malfunctions and that all other components were checked on the working PSU.
A complaint against an employee who answered the call and provided incomplete and incorrect information, specifically a question about his qualifications. There are no questions for the master.

I am very happy with my work! I was dealing with the problem of the lack of an image in the LG TV 2014 release in 2018. The repair was carried out promptly. After 5 years and 2 months, the same situation arose again. It should be noted that they immediately determined by my phone number that this was a repeat appeal (even though 5 years have passed). They took the TV away on Sunday evening, and at lunchtime the next day they put it in place properly. I note the polite, pleasant treatment of customers and the prices are adequate (compared with other services). I recommend it!

I gave them a laptop to clean and replace the thermal paste, paid 50 rubles
Three weeks later, the laptop started to overheat badly, more than before the replacement
I came to their service again

Уже не раз отдавал свою технику(телевизор и ноутбук) и рекомендовал знакомым обращаться сюда. Ни одного негативного отзыва реально по делу, чисто эмоциональный подтекст, неучтивость и нежелание людей вдаваться в детали. На моем опыте и опыте знакомых ошибки со стороны сервиса могли быть только в сказанной информации на уровне "ошибаются все" и лишь в мелочах, что присуще каждому из нас. Ребята реально знают свое дело и выполняют свою работу профессионально и выгодно для клиента насколько это возможно. Один из немногих сервисов куда можно обращаться действительно без опасений. I turned it over and I hear something rolling inside, either a bolt or a chip. + I turned to friends who had the same breakdown, they said that they paid three times less for repairs than the cost here!!!! I regret that I didn't ask them first.
I don't know what they have with the team. The operator called, said that the spare part could not be repaired and needed to order a new one. I ordered a spare part. A week later, another operator calls and says that everything is done, come pick it up. To be interested, how so? They replied that no one, anywhere, had noted anything about the replacement and another master had already done it.
Read the contract carefully. If they break something, they are not responsible.

In another workshop, they disassembled and assembled a laptop, adjusted the cables and it turned out that repairs were not needed at all. I am writing a review from a working laptop a few months after the "motherboard breakdown"

It is expensive and the service is below the baseboard. It is absolutely not worth the money they take. At the same time, there is no report on the work done. And they are trying to rub in that they need to be paid extra for work that can be done within an hour, maximum two. And diagnostics, they say, is very necessary. It was only when I said that I was ready to pay with a guaranteed result, and not for "we searched and found nothing," that the conversations about diagnosis stopped immediately. At the same time, if you are female, they carry complete nonsense about the possible causes of problems. I just didn't know whether to laugh or resent the fact that they were seriously informing me that I had confused turning off the laptop with its transition to sleep mode. I regret that I did not read the reviews earlier.

I took the laptop to replace the thermal paste to this organization. For some reason, the cost of replacing them depends on the size of the diagonal (although the thermal paste is located between the processor and the radiator, which are located in the laptop case and do not relate to the screen, well, okay). That's why my Acer Aspire 3 A315-21 N17Q3 laptop abruptly turned from a 15.6-inch to a 17-inch. And the price has changed from 35p. For 50p. It became 17 inches because the laptop model is indicated on the back cover, and it ends with N17Q3 and, according to their logic, it automatically becomes 17 inches, although this has nothing to do with the screen indicators. But apparently, it's very convenient to mislead people this way. And the fact that it is easy to check on the Internet, from the laptop seller, in the internal settings or on the hardware box, and the most obvious way is simply not visually an argument (for my laptop, the diagonal of 15.6 inches is indicated everywhere). After replacing the thermal paste, it was time to do it again, I decided to take it to a specialist in another service center. It turned out that the manufacturer, when assembling the laptop, covers the screws in the inside of the laptop with a special layer and when replacing the thermal paste, this layer should have been broken, but it was intact, but the screws were damaged, apparently during an unsuccessful attempt to replace the same thermal paste. Roughly speaking, they tried, but due to the fact that they could not promote them, they left them as they were, and just took the money. So, there was no first replacement of thermal paste at all, but they charged me money just like that. Be vigilant when making a decision, take your equipment to this organization and check it more carefully after delivery.

They brought it, installed it, but you can't see the "product" - the TV is not on. they say the frequencies are not the same, adjust them yourself, they are coming. Question: what are we paying for? clean water divorce and hassle.

Не рекомендую. Сервис отвратительный. Заносили 2 ноута на клининг железа, на следующий день должно было быть всё готово. На следующий день как и ожидалось позвонили, сказали, что всё готово. Пришёл, а один ноут не готов. Мало того, что у них цены образовываются у них в голове (говорили 50р будет, что и так дорого для простого ноута, а потом другой парень говорит 35р на следующий день). Так они ещё и начала осмотр второго ноутбука только тогда, когда мы пришли забирать оба ноутбука. Сказали ещё полчаса, максимум час. Пришли через час, а там все ещё не было готово. Чувак ещё смешной, говорит, что он звонил сообщить о готовности одного ноута, хотя это не так. Ну да, я же 2 раза буду ездить к ним, чтобы по одному забирать по мере готовности, вместо того, чтобы один раз приехать и всё забрать. Держат за дурака. Крайне не рекомендую к ним идти. Даже не извиняются, просто ставят перед фактом. Худший сервис.

Много раз тратил впустую время и деньги на некомпетентных и невоспитанных специалистов пока не обратился к этим ребятам. Все сделали быстро, НОРМАЛЬНО рассказали понятным языком что сломалось и как отремонтировать. А главное - человеческий подход! Рекомендую всем!

Отдавал телевизор LG 32 в ремонт замена светодиодной подсветки. Сделали быстро меньше суток, выписали гарантию на выполненые работы на один год.

Относила ноут. Для работы нужно было его апгрейднуть, увеличить ssd/ram по возможности, но в ноуте не оказалось доп гнезда ни на то, ни на другое + ram был спаянный. Ну думаю ладно, можно хоть заменить ssd х2, принесла ssd на 1тб, бокс к нему и попросила заменить старый на 500гб на новый, 1тб, но с просьбой склонировать винду(не просто скопировать данные из папочек) .
До этого пыталась склонировать сама - получилось кривенько, boot не запускался, возможно из-за крякнутого софта, тогда и решила занести. В первую очередь, ради экономии времени, потому что ждать опять 5+ часов пока все это склонируется с перспективой повторного провала не оч хотелось
Оставила пароль + ключ на BitLocker
Кароч, винду не склонировали. Папки конечно скопипастили на диск D, но работать от имени юзера в D понятное дело не вышло. Самое обидное, все программы были утеряны (пришлось вручную клонировать со старого диска на новый все конфиги, а по usb из бокса каким бы он не был уже так не взлетит)
Впн-ы, RDP, Docker (сколько сил надо чтобы его поставить на вин), все настройки слетели. IntellijIDEA со всеми установленными плагинами и конфигами, ssh на гит. От скопированных папок на диске D не оказалось никакого толку.
За ето чудо попросили 85р. Ssd и раньше сама меняла, и винду устанавливала, но не клонировала. Знала бы результат, сама бы занялась ) Еще расстроилась, что на C диске оставили 70гб памяти, остальное кинули на D (> 800гб). Ну ето ладно, решилось за 10 минут
Если оценивать сервис как что-то не относящееся к администрированию ос, в целом, винтики все на месте. Ссд стоит, работает, комп вернули целым

Очень вежливое и тактичное отношение. Утром привёз телевизор, через пару часов позвонили и рассказали о результате диагностики и о стоимости ремонта. Я дал согласие на проведения ремонта и через 2-3 часа мне снова позвонили и сообщили о том что я могу забрать свой телевизор. Ещё один плюс - возможность расчёта "Халвой". ☆☆☆☆☆

помогли с Самсунгом закругленным оперативно. До этого официальный сервис отказался, хотя по пробовали, второй сервис даже пробовать не стал, ещё пара сервисов предлагали оставить, так как мастер только вечером. Здесь сделали сразу при мне.
Стоянка прямо перед входом - удобно нести.
Мастера на месте сразу здесь же, а не только вечером или точка приёма.

Сдал в ремонт ноут Lenovo. Не проходило питание. Нашли причину (ремонт цепей питания) и указали время и примерную цену. Уже пару месяцев все работает отлично так, что ремонтом доволен.

Обыскал много сервисов, от сдачи ТВ в ремонт до получения готового аппарата прошло 4 часа.
Отличный сервис, хороший подъезд, прекрасный распорядок работы, качественная работа. Адекватные цены.
Если что такое сломается , то буду только сюда.

Вышло из строя гнездо для зарядки ноута, прям сильно шаталось, о чем и сообщила перед диагностикой. После диагностики сказали, что с гнездом все хорошо, нужно менять цепь питания, стоимость 200-500р. Отказалась.
Отнесла на ремонт в др место, там заменили гнездо (вышло около 90р за работу и запчасть). Ноут работает без проблем уже 4 месяца.
Так что не доверяйте слепо их диагностикам и лучше проверяйте у нескольких специалистов
