Of course, the guys did well, they fixed the TV, which they either did not take up in other workshops or could not fix. I also like that knowledgeable people answer the phone, not administrators who just tell you the opening hours and the price list. They were picked up by courier and brought back after repairs, very convenient. For which I lowered the rating: they carry the TV in a box, apparently there is nothing soft inside the box so as not to damage the device. As a result: the silver frame at the top was scratched, it's a shame.

We applied for a TV repair. This service offered us round-trip delivery. The courier arrived with a box full of trash and sand, so I had to look for something to wrap it in. During the repair process, the price has certainly changed, but of course. At the end of the repair, the TV was brought in the same "tired" box, and upon inspection, deep scratches were noticed on the back. Extremely disgusting attitude towards customers.

I would like to sincerely thank this service center for the work done! There were two broken devices at once (LG ips225 monitor - power supply) and a TV (Sony Bravia43 - power supply + matrix board). An hour later, a courier arrived and picked up the equipment himself. During the repair, a consulting manager called me and clarified in detail the causes of the damage to these devices and coordinated decision-making at the repair stages. The monitor was made within three days, it took about 30 days to repair the TV because they ordered and waited for the original chip from China. The equipment was delivered back by a polite courier. The warranty is 4 months. Everything is working fine, the guys know their stuff. I will recommend this service to my friends! Thank you.

The TV didn't turn on. Courier on the trail. I took the day to the workshop. In the evening, they called that everything was in order. Diagnostics were performed for a couple of days for prevention, no problems were found. It's going as good as new. Everything was done without payment, no extra charges! We were pleasantly surprised. The Samsung TV broke down, on Wednesday, on Thursday at lunchtime I called the technostar, at 18 with kopecks they came and took the TV, after 2 hours they called, they said the motherboard had flown, they called the repair cost, if possible, 250 rubles. They called on Friday - they couldn't fix it! they say we can put another one, yes used, but with minimal mileage, for the same money! And on Saturday afternoon, my TV is in its place and broadcasting perfectly!!!! Thanks a lot guys! And if I could, I would shake the hand and hug the master who did it!!!! If I could, I would give 10 stars!!!!

The feeling that they like to mess around. I took the laptop, changed the hard drive, after a couple of weeks it started to slow down again, after a month it went down, I took it, they said there were problems with Windows (the disk was under warranty), the laptop was old, it didn't pull, I gave the money back, okay. A week later, it just didn't turn on again. I called the master from Kufara. He said the hard drive, which was supposedly OK in this office, flew. I didn't change them anymore, and it's amazing! And Windows is working and it doesn't bother her that the laptop is old.

Great service with knowledgeable specialists! I was updating on my Asus Rog Strix GL704GM laptop : 1. 1TB SSD, instead of the old HDD. 2. Updated the RAM (RAM) from 16GB (1 bar) to 32GB (16x2 bars). 3. At the same time, the diagnosis revealed an update of the thermal paste with system cleaning. The Manager worked promptly and politely. Disgusting service. We were supposed to arrive yesterday, but they called and said it wasn't working. We made an appointment for 13:00 today, we already called ourselves, since they certainly did not arrive, they said they would arrive in the evening. We can't do it in the evening, and it's not a fact that they would have come.As a result, we had a big fight. And tomorrow is the new year, we lost 2 days because of this service. It's terrible!

We turned to this service, if you can call it that because the TV is not working, the masters, the mother's Businessmen, gave out that the power supply was broken and waited for it for 2 months, and it costs about $ 300, okay, we found it ourselves, brought it, inserted it to us for 120 rubles, after 2 weeks the same thing happened again the situation, we go to them, they look, there are a lot of errors on the screen, we left them for a day, as a result, they gave us: "Either the matrix flew, or the power supply again, We do not know")))) I don't recommend it if you don't want to waste your time and money

So, there came a moment when my LG OLED55B8SLB, having served faithfully for about 5-6 years, just started turning on for a long time (about 2-3 minutes). After poking around for a couple of weeks, I decided to fix this problem anyway. The first one in the search engine is a Technostar, and they can also pick it up and bring it back later - just a fairy tale. After the call, a man came to pick it up the next day. When asked if you would turn it on to check for integrity and all that, he replied, "No, you don't need to." After another day or two, they called and said that they had sentenced the Main Board, there are no such people in the Republic of Belarus. But, you can order from China (although they say the time is from 30 to 60 days) and promised a guarantee after it is installed for 4 months. I didn't want to wait, after searching, I found the right 700k fee on OZON and called this company - I offered to speed up the process by ordering the delivery fee myself in a week and transfer it to them for installation, to which they told me that it was possible, but they would charge 120k for the installation, and there would be no guarantee at all (as an unknown supplier). Well, I thought about it and decided to wait...There's at least some kind of guarantee. It took no more than 4 weeks, they called and said that the TV was ready and that they could bring it, in general, of course, I am glad and in a hurry to meet you. They bring it in, there is a dash "-" in the warranty column in the certificate of completed works, they explain that the warranty does not apply to China, the mood was rapidly falling, well, I decided, okay, I'll turn on the TV, let's see. I turn it on, find broken pixels (I really didn't expect it), call the manager, the answer is that when they brought it to the service, it didn't turn on at all (although, let me remind you, it turned on for a couple of weeks, but with a delay of 2-3 minutes, which is why I actually decided to repair it). I understand that it is possible to promote this whole business through consumer protection, but there is absolutely no strength or desire to engage in this business. I agree to leave my faithful friend at home in the same condition as he is. That's such a bitter experience. I do not recommend the company. A couple of weeks after the review was posted, they called back and said that there was still a guarantee. It just turned out to be someone's mistake from their words. For honesty and the desire to actually learn from mistakes and grow at the same time, I return one star.

It's a terrible office! I called about the repair of the backlight in the TV. Named the model! They said bring it, we'll do everything. When I brought it, the receptionist saw that the TV was frameless! They accepted, they didn't say anything. No nuances were announced. A day later, they called and said your TV is frameless, so we can break the matrix when replacing it, and in such cases we are not responsible for anything. We're just killing our hands! Naturally, I refused to repair it. The annoying thing is that they knew the model in advance, then saw the TV firsthand (when they accepted it), and only after a day they came to their senses that they did not know how to make frameless TVs! 🤬 It's good that the TV is 32", but if it were 55-60"!? I just wasted my time, nerves and fuel. I called another company, They came themselves, picked it up, the price for the service is cheaper! And they said that no matrices break (10 pieces a day, FRAMELESS ones are repaired)! Mad at technostar kapets like! In general, it is better not to give modern televisions to them for repair. Only if they are old, lamp-mounted. Even at the time of acceptance, the TV is very "shuffled" on the table. A strange attitude towards the client's property. Then I noticed the inscription "scuffs and scratches" on the receipt, although there are no scratches on the TV. They are insured in such a way that after their repair, you will not be able to make claims to the appearance of your product. Be careful and careful! The second organization did not specify such nuances during registration. Draw your own conclusions! I'm blacklisting this charade.

I am very happy with my work! I was dealing with the problem of the lack of an image in the LG TV 2014 release in 2018. The repair was carried out promptly. After 5 years and 2 months, the same situation arose again. It should be noted that they immediately determined by my phone number that this was a repeat appeal (even though 5 years have passed). They took the TV away on Sunday evening, and at lunchtime the next day they put it in place properly. I note the polite, pleasant treatment of customers and the prices are adequate (compared with other services). I recommend it!

We pay extra for the complete set We buy out almost all models of LCD TVs of all brands: LG, SAMSUNG, SONY, PHILIPS, Panasonic, etc." In fact, (the TV image was missing) they offered 30 rubles, they would take it away, evaluate it in their workshop, perhaps reduce the proposed cost and we should come to the office for the money. If they offer them at all)))) Dancing with tambourines!!!! And this is a RANSOM for spare parts according to their understanding!!

The laptop did not turn on. After the diagnosis, they said it was necessary to change the motherboard and announced the cost of 400 rubles. I decided to go and get a second opinion. In another workshop, they disassembled and assembled a laptop, adjusted the cables and it turned out that repairs were not needed at all. I am writing a review from a working laptop a few months after the "motherboard breakdown" I do not recommend it

the company is questionable. TV repair is nerve-racking. when they take it away, they offer mountains of free services, but they do not say that they do not set up at home after repairs. They brought it, installed it, but you can't see the "product" - the TV is not on. they say the frequencies are not the same, adjust them yourself, they are coming. Question: what are we paying for? clean water divorce and hassle.

Before that, the official service refused, although they tried the software, they did not even try the second service, they offered to leave a couple more services, since the master only in the evening. They did it right in front of me. Parking right in front of the entrance is convenient to carry. The masters are on site right here, not just in the evening or the reception point.

I repaired the laptop, restored the case and cleaned it, did well, and completed the main tasks ahead of the specified deadlines. It didn't work out with an additional task, it was too painful to need an exotic detail))) always in touch, they work until late, accept cashless payments, prices are normal. They give a guarantee for repairs. I am satisfied with their work. I hope that I won't have to apply anymore))) but the equipment breaks down, so they are the first on the list.

I don't recommend it. HE IS VERY INCOMPETENT!!!They will charge you as for a new spare part, but in fact they will not even do it normally. As if they just walked with glue and that's it. The crack is sticking out, I'm afraid it will catch on, suddenly the glue will move away. I turned it over and I hear something rolling inside, either a bolt or a chip. + I turned to friends who had the same breakdown, they said that they paid three times less for repairs than the cost here!!!! I regret that I didn't ask them first. I don't know what they have with the team. The operator called, said that the spare part could not be repaired and needed to order a new one. I ordered a spare part. A week later, another operator calls and says that everything is done, come pick it up. To be interested, how so? They replied that no one, anywhere, had noted anything about the replacement and another master had already done it. Read the contract carefully. If they break something, they are not responsible.
