Many thanks to the Ted team. Not only did they help in communicating with the supplier, they also reimbursed part of the cargo that was damaged during customs inspection.
I especially thank my manager Saryuna - she was able to bear all my indignation and was constantly in touch.
What could be improved -
The rates for transportation should be lower (in the current economy it will probably be difficult)
Faster answers from the manager (it is very difficult to get through, I constantly get on the second line)
