There is not a single responsible person in this company!! We have to transfer the payment to the supplier in Turkey, we promised to do this within a week. A month has already passed, calls are not being answered, nor are messages, and in those rare moments when they can get through, they promise something, but they do not fulfill their promises. And absolutely everyone does this, both in the Moscow office, starting from the manager and ending with the financier and CEO, and in the Turkish one. Some kind of pyramid scheme...they use money for their own purposes!! DO NOT contact this office!!

Many thanks to the Ted team. Not only did they help in communicating with the supplier, they also reimbursed part of the cargo that was damaged during customs inspection. I especially thank my manager Saryuna - she was able to bear all my indignation and was constantly in touch. What could be improved - The rates for transportation should be lower (in the current economy it will probably be difficult) Faster answers from the manager (it is very difficult to get through, I constantly get on the second line)
