In Minsk there are just a lot of repair places where at least they will talk to you normally, but not here, and at most, there are many places where diagnostics are done in front of you, here and now, as promised!

I brought these guys a new laptop to install the OS, I took it out of the box. In the acceptance certificate, they wrote that the laptop was used, with scuffs and scratches. I only noticed it at home. It's outrageous. I understand that this is a standard form. But can I watch what you accept from the client? Or if I had it rubbed and scratched, then everything would be fine?)) Next, the OS was installed and on the first day the fun began: a reboot with a blue screen, switching on every other time and hard slack followed by a reboot. The laptop had only their OS and drivers. Initially, they didn't even ask me what to put and how. Wasted time, money, time. Reinstalling Windows solved all the problems. Conclusions are unnecessary. They're just hacks.
