I applied to replace the broken glass in the Samsung M52. They offered a courier, without saying what kind of money it was. The next day, the master calls with a proposal to change all the glass and screen together (although the screen is intact and functioning normally). Refused. As a result, they just changed the glass, and everything works. but! The back cover has not been completely glued and the corner sticks out to the side (although it is not necessary to remove it at all when replacing only the glass). The impression was the following: they wanted to cheat on replacing the original screen with a cheap one, or just take the money for it and change it, but just spend a little more time to remove small fragments. I don't recommend it to anyone

Two days have passed and the phone has died. In addition, the camera unit was filled with glue (while it was still working, a specific plate on the lens) and the protective film was ruined. In general, the phone is in the trash. Honestly, I've never met anyone like this in my life for using phones since 2001. Something was broken, but for such a service to be for the first time, this is atas. I don't understand where such a high rating and reviews come from.

A couple of days ago, very abruptly and unexpectedly, my phone crashed, started flickering in different colors, and as a result, the screen went out altogether. As a matter of urgency, while the phone was showing signs of life, I started looking for a service center and spontaneously chose this one among all, where they promptly called back when I ordered a call, they called the exact cost of services. I was glad that I could pay with halva, because there wasn't much money and I had to pay partially like that. In the end, they said when the phone would be ready, they said they would call. The next day, I called myself to find out how things were going. They warned me that there was still a malfunction, they just wanted to dial and need to replace the lower fee for an additional cost, agreed, changed, called after 2 hours and I was able to come and pick up the phone. They gave a 4-month warranty. There are no complaints about the repair yet and I hope there won't be. Fast, high-quality and the price is more or less acceptable, although I would not say that it is completely budget-friendly. Overall, I like the service. If there are no problems with the phone after the repair over time, I will contact you.
