Apparently, either the oil freezes, or it is not twisted for the winter period. Because at zero and above, the doors close. It was the same last year. But then the frosts did not last long. I called the dispatcher in Orsha. The lady with a dissatisfied voice said that the frosts would soon end and the door would begin to close. This is the "maintenance". It is in quotation marks. I accepted the application very reluctantly, but something tells me that no one will do anything. By the way, a few years ago we had to buy and install a door closer ourselves, since the "company" replaced the faulty door closer according to requests. What are we paying money for?!
