If you are thinking about your pocket and your health, stay away from Izmir Optimum Teknosa. I bought a 65" TCL brand TV. Even at the purchase stage, no one was interested, I was able to get the product by creating an order almost by force. Most of the information provided by the staff working in the store was inconsistent and misleading. I've experienced this with multiple staff members, not just one employee. We were told that the product would be delivered within 2 days, but 4. when I went to the store myself on the day and struggled, it was only taken out to cargo. The TV is 6 in total. I got it today, but the panel turned out to be broken. I had to try again for the process of change. I had the service change report approved at the store, but again, despite the fact that it was said “it will be sent within 1-2 days” 3. despite the fact that it is day, the product has still not been shipped. In short, I haven't been able to install the TV I've been buying for 11 days. The product both came broken and I continue to be victimized by constantly being given false and misleading information. It doesn't matter to give a few thousand pounds more or less; the important thing is to get proper service. I definitely do not recommend shopping at this branch after the experience I have had.
