Tele2. I was on a one-price tariff for calls to Russia. Suddenly, they started withdrawing money many times more in a minute. I contacted the office, but I couldn't get justice. I threw away their SIM card and I don't recommend this provider to anyone else.

The worst connection is with a relatively normal Internet connection. When I lived in Saint, the Internet was good, the connection was normal. Now, in 20m microns, Tele2 does not receive communication, especially the Internet. Other operators have already installed antennas, but Tele2 can't get around to it.
