The PSC charged 6500 tenge for the IIN, although registration should be free, and sent me to the Tele2 salon because I use their SIM card. At the salon, the girl sent me to the PSC again. I provided a certificate of border crossing, a passport and all the necessary documents, but neither the PSC nor the salon want to solve the problem, they constantly send each other.
