I am a foreign citizen and have come to register the IMEI of my device. The PSC charged 6500 tenge for the IIN, although registration should be free, and sent me to the Tele2 salon because I use their SIM card. At the salon, the girl sent me to the PSC again. I provided a certificate of border crossing, a passport and all the necessary documents, but neither the PSC nor the salon want to solve the problem, they constantly send each other. It is not clear where and how to register an IMEI. Please pay attention to this situation and help foreign clients with IMEI registration.
