Здравствуйте, решила получить "мастеркарт" через картомат, это ужас. Стояла два часа, картомат не работает, мало того еще и не дозвониться по короткому номеру. Живу далековато. Картомат не Меге Юнус абадский район. Со мной стояли еще два человека, тоже возмущались. Делают рекламу, а обслуга НОЛЬ. Никому не советую. Ужасный банк.

Очень плохой банк. За картой humo для родственника ездили 2 месяца, в итоге не смогли установить пароль на карту, еле кое как смс информирование подключили. Качество печати карт номер и ф.и.о. оставляет желать лучшего. Жалоб в play маркете на приложение просто огромное кол-во. Кэш-бек, то в течение недели дают, то через 2 недели или в следующем месяце. Обслуживание по электронной очереди. Хотя иногда бывает так, что эта очередь ближе к вечеру превращается в живую и начинается недопонимание у лиц кто пришел чуть раньше и получил номерок.
