I visited the aquazone. The pool itself is good, however, the staff is just awful. The administrators look as if they were gifted with a ruble. They did not explain where to go, how to use the bracelet, the bracelet in the locker room worked every other time. We came to the pool, she said that in an HOUR there would be an aquazone and we had to pay for the aquazone. So open the sauna then, why should I pay for something I didn't even plan to use. The hair dryer is weak, one name, socket 1. No one offered towels, did not explain what was what.
Change the admins to more sympathetic and attentive ones and it will be really nice to go to the pool.

I would like to note that when you get to the center itself, the administrators are always friendly and meet you with smiles .The center is good, there are a lot of people in the evening and the receptionists manage to pay attention to all visitors.They will answer all your questions and explain where and what is located. However, not all administrators are like that in this center. On Friday, we booked a court through the reception desk and the receptionist, without arousing any interest in us, answered us as if everyone owed her.No smile , nothing .We booked the court for the first time and not everyone understood what she explained and asked again, to which we received a reproachful look and an answer through our teeth.It's not a very pleasant sight.They took off the star only for this administrator.

I asked for a certificate stating that I bought a subscription in order to provide a job. 2 weeks have passed, there is no certificate and they do not know when it will be. I go to the pool here, but I came to tennis with a child for the first time! The so-called administrators did not even raise their heads, not even to tell where and what is located. How much does it cost and so on!!! Arrogant, not polite and so businesslike, it feels like I didn't come to use the service I'm paying for, but they're doing me a favor!!! They are not interested in attracting customers at all! If you were in the place of the head, such staff would definitely not work for me! Moreover, this is not the first time and not the first review about the people sitting on the site of the administrators, as it is difficult to call them such!!! Pay attention to the feedback and I would like some action from the management! If such a disgusting attitude continues, next time we will write to the complaint book!!!

There are questions that if you have a workout by 8, then even in 10 minutes you will not get into the building. Because every other time the doors are closed and by the time you get to the locker room, training has already begun, and you don't have time to change and get ready.
The administrators, no matter how much I watched them, are often sad and look at you from a high place. To get a smile and a good morning or a good day from them is worth its weight in gold.

My son has been studying for 6 years. Everything is going great.
The only point that is directly infuriating is the checkpoint (turnstiles):
When you need to change your child's clothes before training, you mark the subscription and give out a bracelet one, which you can use only once, but you are with a child. Therefore, the child climbs through, and you walk through the bracelet (fortunately, the staff looks at it normally). However, it is not very convenient to sit in the office premises during training and you go out. At the end of the workout, you have to ask for the bracelet again (again, the reception staff reacts normally and always meets you halfway). Agree, it is not very convenient.
P.S. when exiting, the bracelet needs to be lowered into the turnstile slot so that it opens, but it works so crookedly, especially with children's ones that it cannot "devour" normally

According to the photo, everything is so stylish, cozy and modern. But I decided to check it personally, because sometimes the reality turns out to be different.
Wonderful girls work at the reception, who told and showed everything.
There is a gym, a swimming pool, saunas, a solarium, tennis, and much more.
I've been almost everywhere😂🙈
The gym is small, but there are no people.
The pool is very cool👍🏻 She sent her daughter to study at the Olympian club, wonderful coaches work💯 She just skips into the pool and I can already see the result, but for me this is the most important thing.
Saunas are good, and there are several of them. There aren't many people, or is it just my luck🤷🏼♀️
I liked the solarium too.
The prices are adequate. I also want to emphasize the purity of the complex.
It is very fortunate that everything is in one place👍🏻

I didn't like the word at all. We visited the swimming pool and saunas. The first thing that bothered me a little was that the time for free use of the sauna and pool starts only from 20:00. If you come to the complex a little in advance, as we did at 7:50, then you can buy a visit only at 20:00. This creates a large queue at the checkout. The cost of visiting the site is indicated at 30 rubles for 2 hours, at the checkout it turned out that 35 with the words "you are looking at the wrong site, this is an old site." In this case, you need to make a link to the new website and price list. Next, a question about the baths. If you come at 20:00, they will still be cold, and only everything will heat up at best by 21:00. The hammam does not work at all and no one warns you about it. In the evening, there are active swimming classes in the pool. Thus, the only place where you can stay in the time interval from 20:00-21:00 is the Jacuzzi, where everyone who came by 20:00 is located. It turns out that you limit the time for free visits from 20:00 to 23:00 and at the same time it is not possible to use your services even at this time.
I don't think I want to visit this place again. We need to work on the quality of the service and the services provided.

I always expect in the lobby, comfortable sofas, music, you can watch a game of tennis through large panoramic windows, automatic dispensers with antiseptic. One caveat - I would like a slightly more comfortable locker rooms, it is cramped when two groups intersect.

I went to the gym, and there was a review about it. There are two main halls, OFP and gym, and there seems to be a fitness room (but I haven't been there yet). Both are small, located on the second floor and are locked up for rehabilitation (or maybe even tennis training). To get there, I had to climb the stairs and walk along the corridor.
It is very good that at least somewhere in Minsk there is a Freemotion Dual Cable Cross, but unfortunately not all basic simulators are available (for example, I did not find fixed pectoral fly and its deltoid reverse, despite the fact that their freemotion options are available). Therefore, you also have to go to the rocking chair closer to home.
The gym has a gravitron and an exercise machine with a press weight, dual cable cross; the cardio zone is quite reasonable. There are many different dumbbells. There are about ten different Freemotion simulators in the OFP hall, and also a cardio zone (slightly less than in the gym).
There weren't many people, the changing rooms and showers were very clean, everything opens and closes via an electronic wristband. The music is not very noisy and moderately pleasant, the visitors are very different. The staff is moderately polite, generally normal, but there is still room to grow.
Five stars for the availability of Freemotion Dual Cable Cross and other rehabilitation simulators, because I need them and I do not know other such places close to home.
