I put 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the boorish girl at the reception. She's young, but she looks like a saleswoman from a Soviet village.

A large complex with good parking dreams and a convenient location. There are a lot of courts, wonderful locker rooms and an excellent access system. The interior design is tasteful.

I've been to the aquazone several times. For the first time, the hammam did not work. The second time, one of the two Jacuzzis was cold, as a result, they didn't even get into the Jacuzzi, because the first one was always occupied. The lockers in the locker room don't work every other day. The reception staff is not very polite.
And most importantly, the price does not match the one stated on the website. 40 rubles instead of 30, what do you mean!?

We have been coming to this hotel for the second year in a row - the hotel is gorgeous! The service is at the highest level! We rested in the deluxe room, it's huge. The room is very clean, cleaning was done every day. Free access to the pool, gym and water park was very pleasant! The only thing we didn't like was the food in the buffet hall of the hotel itself. We are very glad that we stayed at this hotel again, and I am sure we will come again!!! Thank you Aqua Minsk Hotel!!!
