A complete failure of the service. They paid with a card and said it was a mistake. They transferred it through a click, but the first payment still went through. They paid twice. They didn't give me the check, so I had to ask for it myself. They refused to refund the overpayment immediately, and asked for the card number. The comments were answered mockingly: "If we don't return it, you can tell the police, we're not running away." The staff were smoking at the open window, giving each other the middle finger — in front of my younger sister. When I asked about the return through the window, another employee slammed the blinds in my face. Inside, they said about the claim: "No need for a showdown here." The money was returned only after 30 minutes. The manager saw it all — zero reaction. Drinks are 8/10, but service, service, customer orientation is 0/10. I don't recommend it.
