A decent place for lunch/dinner
Among the advantages:
The location is easy to find even for those who arrived in Minsk for the first time
The staff was helpful, but sometimes forgetful, they didn't bring a spoon to the soup, they went themselves
An interesting menu in which even the most fastidious will find positions on their own
Very tasty pizza
At the same time, the national cuisine is for an amateur, the pancakes were floating in oil
The price tag is average for this kind of place, you can find quite democratic positions and at the same time not stay hungry
I would love to come back here in the future

I went in for lunch and my mood was ruined. The administrator does not know how to work. When I took a comfortable table, it abruptly turned out to be reserved, although there was no sign there. The same one stood empty nearby, but I passed it earlier, so I had to go deep into the hall so as not to bother the eyes of the excellent staff with my appearance. And yes, I was not offered an alternative, but simply "guests will arrive in 30 minutes." If I had been met at the entrance, there would definitely not have been such a problem. By the way, I ate in 15 minutes and left, initially there were no plans to sit longer.

We have been in Minsk for more than a week and this pizzeria turned out to be the best in our opinion. Great atmosphere, the attitude of the staff to adult visitors and to children is very friendly, the pizza is delicious (according to my two daughters, the best in Minsk), the dessert surprised the children very much with simplicity on the one hand, and on the other unusual (donuts,ice cream,yogurt with cone jam is from the children's menu). We spent the evening in a cozy atmosphere with great pleasure!We recommend this wonderful place and would definitely come back again!

You can find a healthy breakfast, a full lunch and a balanced dinner - and all this is accompanied by pleasant and unobtrusive service, well-chosen music and a cool restaurant team. I would like to note how cool the new uniform looks on the guys now - it's perfect! Thank you for being there.

Terra is one of the most favorite places in Minsk. I've been to all the chain's pizzerias. The service is at a very high level. The staff is polite and pleasant. The kitchen is wonderful. The waiting time is quite acceptable. The interior is more beautiful than each other, even if you arrange photo shoots. A huge selection of drinks. I am very demanding of coffee, but here it is very tasty, I drink it with pleasure. For several years in a row, we celebrated our birthdays here with a friend. A nice gift was a discount on the entire receipt and a dessert as a gift! Congratulations are always very nice. In general, I recommend it! It would be possible to put 6 stars, I would put it!

There are many tables both inside and on the summer terrace. The menu is decent, everything is delicious. The waiters are nimble and polite. I was disappointed by the lack of established interaction between the service and the kitchen - the dishes were taken out randomly, as a result, someone always ate at the table, and someone waited.

There is little filling, everything is cut very thinly. I can't say that it was tasteless, but it was a shame for the portion. Among the advantages: cleanliness, friendly staff and speed of service. I would also pay attention to the way the tables and chairs are arranged — it's inconvenient.

Everything is fine in the kitchen, but here is the staff... leaves much to be desired. Who's on the phone, who's busy with their own business. Harsh, unfriendly. I'm putting zero on the institution. On Saturday morning, we booked a table for 2 people on the institution's website. Bottom line: no response, no greetings. No one called back about the booking, they wrote twice on Instagram to the company's account - the result is the same (no). Complete disregard. I had to call myself. When we arrived at the institution, we were immediately taken to a table with chairs, although the reservation indicated "near the window, on the sofas." The rating is 200. They went to another place. I do not recommend it to anyone.

It is better to book tables in the evening and on weekends in advance. The room is somewhat stuffy, but quite comfortable. Pizza is expensive, but good, cheesy - just a buzz. Desserts are normal. The only significant disadvantage is that all drinks such as coffee and tea are TERRIBLY sweet, it is impossible to drink. Well, the music would be a little quieter.
We saw someone at the next table being congratulated on the dr - it looks very cool.

The waiters were drunk, had no attitude, raised their voices and made inappropriate remarks, decided to leave this place,paid the bill and found that we were considered superfluous, asked to make a refund, they agreed, but instead of returning the amount of the goods not ordered again!then, of course, they made a double refund, but we haven't seen this yet...
