I signed up for a trauma specialist at Terramed due to a dislocated leg. When I arrived, they wouldn't let me into the parking lot, despite the availability of free spaces, and forced me to look for parking a kilometer from the clinic. The staff refused to meet me halfway on principle. I have already had a negative experience with this network, and now I can say for sure that this is the worst medical network. If there is any alternative, it is better to choose it.
