Nice hotel, big room , But the cupboard did not open , the hot water was turned on after checking in, we washed in cold water) They said there was a kettle for hot tea in the corridor, it was not there and did not appear even later, I wanted hot tea, it was cold in the dining room, we had breakfast in jackets) well, the breakfasts are good, basic. There was also a moment, we booked through booking, the cost was in rubles, but upon check-in, payment was demanded in dollars, and dollars were transferred to som, there was not much difference, but still a violation.
