There is a beautiful view of the new garden from above. There are free binoculars. Climbing the stairs is definitely worth it. You can just walk around the Novisadsky Kremlin.

It's a wonderful tower, there's a lot to see and walk around. If you're tired, you can sit next to him and have a cup of coffee. The price in the restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the view is worth it.
