The clock tower was built in 1837. The diameter of the dials is about two meters. Feature of the watch: the big hand shows the hours, and the small hand shows the minutes. The clock mechanism is wound manually daily. There is a large observation deck near the tower, a beautiful view of the Danube, Novi Sad and the Petrovaradin settlement below.

There is a beautiful view of the new garden from above. There are free binoculars. Climbing the stairs is definitely worth it. You can just walk around the Novisadsky Kremlin.
