That's great! We lived for a week, we were in training. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is hospitable and qualified, and the food is varied.
The view from the window is the Marmara Sea, a beautiful promenade.

The hotel is not worth the declared 5 stars. Yes, close to the airport. The territory and the hotel itself are more or less a beautiful wrapper. A two-bed room is the size of the norms. The window was broken and wouldn't close completely. We lived in it for a week at the end of August. Two times there were drops with water, when you stand soapy and then the water finishes! It's very unpleasant. They cleaned for 2. Only made the bed, took out the trash and changed the towels. That's all. They didn't sweep or vacuum. There was hair all over the room and crumbs from food. Tea accessories and appliances were missing. The worst thing is the staff. They don't speak Russian, they don't speak English well and don't understand half of it. They are very incompetent and lazy. The first days were spent in the beach area, towels were taken at the spa, and water was also poured into bottles from a cooler by the pool. On the 4th day of your stay at the reception of the spa center, they refused to give out towels! They told me to take towels from the room. How do they imagine such a thing! Having one shower towel, I have to put it on a dirty sunbed, and then use it in the room after the shower after the pool. I said it was unacceptable, after which they asked for money for this towel!!!! Further-more. The cleaning lady of the spa saw that I was pouring water from the cooler into a bottle and started telling me off that I had no right to collect water here!!!! And she wouldn't let me get to the elevator!!!! I had a wild desire to pour this water under her feet. Question: who is this water and towels intended for??? On the final day of the stay, the weather was bad and when the sun came out after 16:00, many went to bask in the sun and swim in the pool. But at 17:30 (although before that we had been lying quietly until 19:00 and longer), we were asked to leave the pool!!!! Like they need to get out! The breakfasts are meager and about nothing! For an additional fee, the buffet lunch was even sadder than the breakfasts!
I do not recommend this hotel, although many people come there for work and for various conferences, so you do not have to choose (as in our case). I am very tolerant and not pretentious. I don't demand much and am always polite to the staff! But such a boorish attitude of the staff towards the guests shocked me!

1. The food is not fresh in the restaurant, we were poisoned with chicken kebab, we thought it was over-salted ... but then we realized that they were trying to hide the staleness, it spoiled all the goals of the trip and the whole impression, the long wait for food, mixed up orders few people know English from the waiters, we had to connect an interpreter to explain it

3. Room cleaning may not take place for 3 days
4. Benches crack in the sauna, every time you climb on them, you are afraid that they will fall off

We were at this hotel from August 15th to 20th of this year, attended the Jehovah's Witnesses Congress "Show Patience", which was held at this hotel in the conference hall. Therefore, the choice fell on this hotel, so the location was as close as possible (that is, in the same hotel)
The room was clean, the pastel was changed every day, cleaned, they gave water, there was always tea, sugar, there was also a mini-bar, which was in the refrigerator, of course it was paid. It was nice that when we needed something, we could ask for it in the restaurant. In addition to the included breakfasts, the hotel has a separate restaurant where you could come to eat at any time, the prices are very adequate. The staff is very attentive and despite the fact that few people know Russian, they always helped and politely showed us patience when we did not understand something. It was nice that we went to a meeting and were allowed to leave later than 12. There was also a question with an iron, if you can safely ask at the reception, you can also check the password from the Wi-Fi with them. A great pleasant bonus, the hotel includes a spa: swimming pool, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, large outdoor pool is for a fee, at the moment it cost 300 lira.
Of the cons, the air conditioning in the room was not working well, the temperature was almost always 27-28 degrees. Of the big inconveniences, it is necessary to update the card from the room at the reception every day.

It's unclear why it costs 5 stars... a very dirty hotel. The rooms are poorly cleaned and besides, they get into things. There's hair on the floor from previous guests. Curtains in some kind of white substance… The pool is open only for a fee, and not a small one. The indoor pool is dirty and stuffy. Being inside is unbearable. There are no buttons in the elevators. Parties and weddings, music screams so that you can't fall asleep in a room with the windows closed. There are no cups and glasses. They brought micro paper cups once. In general, the pendik area is not at all tourist ... dirt and a huge number of closed Turks. The prices are overpriced, the service leaves much to be desired. We will never stay in this hotel again!

The hotel is very good (it was probably ten years ago), today tired rooms, plumbing problems, non-working air conditioners, constant problems with the door card, dirty refrigerators and windows that have never been washed, plus a paid outdoor pool, 300 lira per person, planeless only inside the building, and then forced buy a bathing cap for 100 lira, the location of the hotel is not bad, you can go anywhere near the metro station, Sabiha airport is not far away, it takes about 2.5 hours to drive from the new airport, there is a port of Kartal 3 km away, two metro stops to go to the Adalar Islands (you can swim there) and there are many different cafes and shops in the center of Pendik, according to the location of the norms.

Complete disappointment: the rooms are dirty, the windows have not been washed for 3 years. In the bathroom there is mold on the side of the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, only ventilation, which makes noise but does not cool. WiFi did not finish in our room beyond the front door. Breakfast must be paid separately. I don't advise anyone. We just checked out of the hotel today. The impressions are still fresh. Firstly, their pool, which we see on all the brochures and the hotel's website, is impossible to visit. It does not belong to the hotel, but is rented out. Guests are not allowed in there. It's the same with the gym. This is the equipment of the sports complex for a fee. You can only use the indoor pool, but what's the point? It is very expensive to extend the room. First, we were told the figure of 200 euros, which corresponds to our tour, and then they said that since we are from a tour operator, then 450 euros will be charged. At the same time, right at the counter in front of us, the price is 100 euros for a standard room per day. Against this background, it already seems like a small thing that few people speak English there. The blockage in the sink came to be eliminated at one o'clock in the morning (we had check-in at midnight and we asked to clean the sink in the morning), a broken hair dryer (they were in no hurry to fix it and had to go to the reception a couple of times. Breakfast is monotonous: sandwiches, fruits, omelets, vegetables, buns. Instant coffee is brought to the room. In the last day of the stay (departure on Sunday, and we are talking about Saturday), however, neither coffee nor water was brought, the room was not cleaned, toilet paper was not brought. Apparently they have already scored on the service, we are leaving. In general, it's not 5 stars, or even 4. There are 6 elevators, all of them have broken boards with the floor number, you're guessing every time. The buttons are randomly broken inside, not everyone will go to their own floor. I had to wait endlessly. There is nothing more to add)It's been a terrible week!

When monitoring the hotel, everything seems to be the worst, in fact, "the wrapper is beautiful, and the filling is completely spoiled from the word. Purely some kind of anthill, the cost of rooms does not correspond to the booking request, elevators in the middle of the hall, and then - purely a maze to find your room. At the same time, there is semi-darkness in the corridors, food scraps near the doors (they are not cleaned in a timely manner), shoes are scattered. Next, the room, it's just something with something, the furniture is out of order, burned with cigarette butts, the lamps are broken, some of the lamps are burned out, there is a smell of mold in the room, in the bathroom in general, the smell is persistent, there are streaks and streaks on the walls. The most important thing is the bed, a mattress of the type with a label for this hotel, falls through, pastel linen crumples, pillows made of cheap filler, also with lumps.
The tea set is not equipped, the glasses are paper, there is no notebook and pen. By the way, the window with a view of the sea opens and closes with difficulty, the stelopack is skewed and not adjusted (not for female hands), there are cracks and street noise.
Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant: the menu is boring, but with a convenient QR-Code menu (instant translation into Russian).
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Of the advantages, only an underground garage with a sink.
