We were with a girl last night in a restaurant, I wanted to mention the sweetest girl Ksenia who helped us choose a cool table with a wonderful view,the kitchen is 4/5 of the discussion 5/5
Charming waiter Kristina, knows the menu perfectly, helped to choose drinks and did not miss, we really liked it

We went to have dinner at an institution, everything looks beautiful, a pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive music. But then something went wrong. Non-alcoholic mulled wine was brought to us from the drinks, it was very sweet and warm, not hot. Well, okay, we sit and watch further. For the hot we ordered newkki with porcini mushrooms (there are no questions to them, everything is delicious) and black risotto with eel and pear (the rice in the risotto was quite hard, not even aldente). Pizza was brought to us almost immediately with the hot one, and when we finished the hot one, we sat with empty dirty dishes for 10 minutes, while all the waiters just kept walking by, sometimes even looked at the tables, but did nothing. During this time, the same situation has formed on the next table. I asked to call the hall administrator, asked if such a situation was normal for a restaurant. Ekaterina apologized and promised to fix everything, after which the waiter came up to us and took away the plates from under the hot, but missed the next table. Then the same waiter "floated" past the next table, examined it and again nothing! Impressive! After a while, the waiter still reached the next table and removed the dishes.
For pizza, a separate comment - ordered with shrimp, kimchi and zucchini. The pizza had a kimchi-based sauce, not kimchi. I would recommend describing the menu more precisely, or the waiters should be a little more talkative and devote guests to the details of the dishes.
At the end of the dinner, Ekaterina came up, apologized again and presented handmade sweets as a compliment.
I wish the restaurant to correct the errors that have arisen, because the place is really pleasant!

A very cool place! Pizza is something unreal! The service, the service is all at the highest level, plus a cool location! It's a pity there's no parking nearby. The waiting time is 10-15 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was the lemonade with mango, it was like diluted water with dye, otherwise everything is fine!

Disgusting rib eye steak. Don't take it!
It tastes like rubber, too greasy and like it was fried at home in a frying pan (it tastes better at home).
Cherry potatoes are too greasy and not tasty.
Carbonara pasta with a strange dressing. Pieces of bacon are like boogers from the nose.
More or less pink wine (Portugal)
I don't recommend it.

Красиво, вкусно, но поменяйте пожалуйста салфетки, совершенно не статусно для такого ресторана!;(
Прекрасная пекарня и кондитерская лавка, однозначно рекомендовано к посещению любителей кофе и десертов.
Единственное но, детей кормить нечем особо, кроме пиццы и пасты карбонары в ресторане, но порции большие и дети были согласны на пасту с сыром.

The choice fell on this institution because of good reviews and beautiful photos, so I decided to celebrate my birthday with a delicious lunch here. Pleasant service (the waiter girl said kind words), delicious food, beautiful desserts (my friends ordered, and they brought me a gift), and also a 10% discount in honor of my birthday made this day just wonderful!

Были только в кондитерской, остались в полном восторге. Великолепный кофе, восхитительный киш с курицей, карамелизованным луком и грибами — нежнейший! Круассан с вишней и маком и правда восхитителен. Персонал аккуратен и профессионален. Очень хочется обратно в Минск и в ODI.

Great place! When we were there, it was a kind of ladies' club where you can sit with friends, chat and enjoy delicious desserts. It looks more like a jewelry store, where cakes, cookies and marmalade are used as jewelry. I give one star for the following reason. We came to visit Minsk from Moscow, including to visit the establishments that operate in the city. We went in for breakfast: they put us at a table, we asked for a menu. The waitress girl, when we tried to attract her attention, pointedly turned away and walked past, then looked at us point-blank and left us without attention. I want to understand, do you not need visitors? The establishment is located on the main street, the prices are above average. There are a huge number of places to go. I will not recommend this place and will never come here again. The waiter's behavior says a lot about the establishment. And it is very strange that when people bring money here, they feel contempt. I didn't count on it, it's a shame.

Мы далеко не первый раз в Odi. Когда прилетаем в Минск, регулярно там обедаем. Одно из немногих современных мест с вкусной кухней и прекрасным обслуживанием. Рекомендую стейк и лосося: довольно приличный кусок, мягкий, не пересушенный, с нестандартным пюре! Также, отметила интересные и нестандартные соусы в салатах, что делает их оригинальными и не похожими на салаты в других заведениях. Одним словом, рекомендую. Хотя бы даже из-за того, что рядом, за стенкой находится их потрясающая кондитерская 🍮 с наивкуснейшими десертами! В обоих пространствах максимально приятная и уютная обстановка!

Ресторан в одной части и кондитерская в другой.
Ресторан вкусный, уютный, с летней террасой, вежливое обслуживание. Для романтических свиданий.
Кондитерская поражает своими десертами, как классическими, так и эксклюзивными. Десерт с козьим сыром и инжиром обязательно надо попробовать!

Крайне рекомендую это место как кондитерскую, так и ресторан. В кондитерской огромный выбор десертов на любой вкус. Каждый найдёт что-то для себя. В ресторане открытая кухня, можно посмотреть как повара готовят ваш заказ. Неспешно и ненавязчивое обслуживание. Если никуда не торопитесь, то вам здесь понравится. Один из лучших английских завтраков в городе. Отличное место. Рекомендасьон.

Посещали данное заведение в рамках кондитерской. Очень оригинальные и необычные десерты, а самое главное очень вкусные)) 😋 с десяток примерно видов на выбор, так же есть круассаны на выбор. К десерты можно взять чай, кофе. Так же там атмосферная обстановка, можно взять и бокал вина. А если проголодался, там же есть и ресторан, можно покушать.
Цена варьируется 9-14 р за десерт.
Рекомендую посетить данное заведение, не пожалеете))

Наконец то после пандемии я снова в Минске! И, наконец, я снова в Оди! Как же хорошо снова вернуться. Уютно, красиво, девочки позитивные. И главное - вкусно!
При этом Оди - представитель европейского подхода к кафе/ресторанам. Огромный выбор европейских десертов/мусов. круассанов. Очень красиво и очень вкусно. Да, и кофе очень правильный. У соседей из Милано попроще будет. Ходили сюда и на завтрак и днём на десерты.
И ещё. Мы много попробовали круассанов. И во Франции в том числе. Но в Оди - одни из лучших! И с начинкой и классические! Рекомендую с вишней и маком. Не встречал таких ранее!!! Чистый восторг!
В общем любимое кафе!

But with our experience of breakfasts in different places, we expected more from an establishment with such an assessment.
Perhaps it is famous for its desserts, which looked very appetizing, but not the dishes themselves.

In general, the first impression has already been spoiled. The waiter approached reluctantly, as if we owed him something. The food was delicious. Upon payment, we had to call the administrator, because the waiter ignored our request and continued to go about his business. The receptionist was also unhappy, and made the payment with a dissatisfied look.
The prices in the institution are above average and positions itself as a prestigious institution. Please have a conversation with the staff, send them to customer orientation courses and increase the PO. Maybe then they will be satisfied)

I asked the waitress for a long time about the dishes, voiced that I can't have fatty.
I chose chicken meatballs with cauliflower as a result, asked if it was possible to cook without butter, the girl said no. I asked to minimize as much as possible.
As a result, when the dish was brought, it turned out to be also watered with sauce.
Well, friends! Well, how is it? Well, if I've been asking for a million years about possible dishes without bread, well, you can ask the cook not to add butter. And in the end, just steam the cabbage, if you bake it without oil in any way.
Disappointed by the employee's indifference. After all, catering has not been about eating for a long time.

Еду в кондитерской и в ресторане я бы оценила на 4/10. Безусловно у Вас вкусные круассаны, багеты и мороженое. Также мне нравятся Ваши сырники)) и пицца на 7/10. Насчет остальной еды в меню можно задуматься и поставить в итоге не очень хорошую оценку… также почему 4/10. Потому что сервис… нет ощущения, что тебя рады видеть, кажется, что тебя как будто наоборот только оценивают и ждут когда ты уйдешь.. я знаю много очень хороших заведений в Минске с отменной едой и отличным сервисом! И с оди они не сравнятся
