I waited for the waiter for a very long time and then did not come, called said yes now and disappeared for 15 minutes of communication, waiting for 20 minutes is how to work so that the client came and no one sees him, the manager does not really understand how to enter the work correctly and the waiters cannot manage 🤡

I was at this place with my family. A very large number of seats. However, at lunchtime, you still have to try to find a free table. There are 2 types of pilaf to choose from. Samarkand and Bukhara. The portions are huge. For myself, I ordered a 1 kilogram portion of Bukhara pilaf. The prices are very attractive, the quality is excellent. Of the disadvantages: you can only pay for food at the checkout (the waiter brings the bill) accordingly, you need to stand in line for quite a long time.

Excellent location, excellent pilaf, fast service. Clean, nice. It is better to book a table, because there are no seats at lunch (from 13 to 14 hours). Open until 15 h. But there may no longer be pilaf, and after 14 h. pilaf is no longer eaten. We highly recommend visiting.

I don't understand why everyone is shouting with one voice that the place is just a delight and the pilaf there is just "wow!" Well, there was... Well, such a place... I waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted, the waiters did not react at all to the raised hand, all 5 people served the guests on one side of the hall, rarely paid attention to the other part, I was sitting at the first table, which was not paid attention at all, I had to order from the cashier. Well, the pilaf itself: I did not understand why all the bloggers are so praising that the most delicious pilaf in Uzbekistan. It's better to try it once than to hear it 100 times.

The pilaf center of Bukhara, like in Tashkent and Samarkand. There are a lot of people, both tourists and locals, tables need to be booked if you want to try Bukhara pilaf, or your guide arranges a reservation with the restaurant. There are no complaints about the quality of products and dishes. There is a dangerous threshold at the entrance to the toilet, and the number of toilets is very small for such a large number of visitors. you need to get from the center by taxi

The goal was to try Bukhara pilaf. The food is delicious, so there are not enough seats. The guests are circling like kites in search of an empty table. You need to come to eat pilaf before 15.00. Then they don't cook anymore, they finish eating))). But we liked everything, the pilaf is delicious, not as greasy as in Tashkent. The welcome tea is only very sweet.

Recently I was in this restaurant, we ate Oshi Sophie pilaf. The interior is oriental, made with taste. The waiters are great, salads and pilaf were brought quickly. According to the tradition of Bukhara chefs, the wedding pilaf "Oshi Sofi" is prepared from finely chopped red carrots. And in the restaurant "The plov" the markov is yellow and cut large. I would like the chefs to keep the tradition of cooking real pilaf "Oshi Sophie".

I liked the pilaf, it was delicious. There are 2 types of salads for pilaf: cucumber-tomato and cabbage. We took both, it was very tasty with cabbage, the second one was ordinary. There are no other dishes besides pilaf and salads. Of the drinks, tea is nothing remarkable. The prices are not cheap. Well, the standard service is 15%.

According to reviews, this is the best place in Bukhara where you can try pilaf. It is better to come before lunch, since in addition to tourists, locals also come to lunch, and you can wait for a table for a very long time. There is traditionally no pilaf in the evening. The menu is standard for all pilafs, the prices are pleasant despite the popularity of the place. It's very tasty. The only thing that disappointed me was the discussion: very slowly. Plus, they just forgot about our order and we had to ask the waiters several times: "where is our pilaf?", in response they promised to find out and just disappeared, they resolved the situation only thanks to the manager, for which many thanks to him.

There are Samarkand and Bukhara pilaf to choose from, vegetable salads, and something else national. Bukhara pilaf is in this institution that I like more, as if it is juicier or something. And you can take a portion of 0.7 (Samarkand only a full portion). The place is popular, very lively at lunch. There are 3 halls working there, if you want to sit more calmly, then go to the last hall)

Trained staff, hypersonic service.
There are a couple of types of pilaf to choose from with additional options.
Just don't miss the filing hours from 11 to 15.
We arrived after 13:30 and only Bukhara pilaf remained available.

Good afternoon dear travelers?!
I want to tell you, this cafe is not something that really tastes like pilaf.
Bvli and her husband on February 25, 2024, after visiting Samarkand, where they also tried pilaf (but not where it is advertised with might and main, but in a quiet cozy place where there are many locals), in Samarkand the cafe is called "AKOBIR OSHga Marhamt"
So, in this institution, "The Plov " pilaf is not delicious, just the place was advertised and that's it!!!!
Service without any interest to the client, when serving pilaf, in all previous cafes, they offer all the ingredients of the dish that are attached to the pilaf, here they threw a plate with a floor that is not tasty as in other establishments and that's it....

I liked Samarkand pilaf more personally, it is drier, Bukhara is fatter, but with raisins, which is also delicious!!! Perfectly! After several times here - a trip to the gastroenterologist with overeating.)) It is impossible not to eat. The cafe specializes in pilaf, there is nothing else here, in fact, but it is delicious. According to the price tag, it is very inexpensive. Of the minuses: tourists are transported here by buses and there may not be a place for lunch, although the halls are huge, well, this is no longer a restaurant, but a cafe - come and just sooo delicious to eat.
