The hotel is excellent, the service matches the name of the hotel, the staff is ready to help with any issue and solve it. We needed a babysitter for the child while we were being excommunicated from the hotel, and we provided an agency that we could contact and resolve this issue. I must say this is the only hotel that responded to our request and solved the problem)) We had a deluxe room with a view of the pool and bay, the cleaning was daily and good, the room was spacious, there was a capsule coffee machine in the room, the breakfasts were varied and very tasty. A gym with good equipment. Drinks, frozen ice, glasses and, of course, iced water are brought by the pool in the sweltering heat. My husband, my one-year-old child and I really enjoyed it, we will come back here again.

The case when expectation and reality didn't match up a bit. The rating is high and there really is a reason. Amazingly delicious cuisine, cleanliness, pleasant smell. The staff is 50/50 - someone is giving their best, and someone is pretending not to see the vacationers. The biggest drawback is, alas, the stagnant water in the bay. Green in color with a rotten smell. If you need to go overseas, then definitely not here.

The hotel is luxurious, the service is at the highest level, the food is beyond praise. Water in the room, in the restaurant and by the pool is free of charge. I am writing only a personal opinion. This is a fabulous place. The hotel is for wealthy respectable people. Luxurious interior, well-trained, very attentive staff, excellent rooms. The house-keeping service cleans daily, changes linen and towels. Food for every taste, an abundance of fruits, sweets, drinks. The chef is a master of his craft. Water and ice cream are brought on the beach. Air conditioning is everywhere, excellent sound insulation. The audience is local Arabs, Germans, British, Spaniards. Africans are coming in. The main thing for me is that there are no drunken, smoking and swearing tribesmen. For this reason, I stopped going to Dubai, where there were a lot of such people, unfortunately. And here the cost of staying at the hotel cuts off such. That is, ladies come to the restaurant for dinner in long dresses, and not in wet swimsuits from the beach. The hotel values its reputation. If you are interested in shopping, then taxis are on duty at the entrance to the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Mall, an average of 35 AED. Actually, there is nothing to add. This is a great place to relax. I had a great pleasure. I hope to come here again.

A good hotel for the money. It is a good one, not an excellent one. We had a standard room with a view of the pool. Positive: service, food (good breakfasts and restaurants on site),, good swimming pool.beautiful interior . The room has everything you need, including an iron. The air conditioner is quiet. What confused me: despite the fact that there are a lot of visitors from Russia, there is not a single TV channel in Russian, stupid plumbing (exhaust shower in the bathroom, a bunch of clever movements to turn on hot water, warm water in the toilet in the sink is only cold). Shower gels cannot be taken out (I was not going to, but the fact is) - a fine of 90 dirhams. The plumbing itself is worn out. The pool is good, and the canal next to it is dirty. I had to go to Sadiyat to go for a swim. Definitely not here with the kids.

Settling in autumn is fast. The rooms are large, bed linen is a pleasure, silk bathrobes, full cleaning 2 times a day, chocolate and fresh water and slippers at night, wooden toothbrushes, expensive soap cosmetics, water in glass, coffee, tea, milk, ironing board. A cooled pool, free sun beds, suntan products in the assortment are free of charge, they take care of you (lay towels, wipe glasses), at 10:00 they deliver free carbonated juice for free, water in a bucket with ice on the table by the sun beds (change as it melts) for free, children's sticks, mattresses, toys are all free- take it)), a zone for children under a large tent, there is always plenty of space - and most importantly, silence, no music, birdsong, and the noise of nature, like in PARADISE. The restaurant has silverware, French porcelain, a separate merit of the chief chef Vitaly Medvedev(Russian) - the ruins of seafood, fish, delicious salads, snacks, pizza, cheese, fish, berries, exotic fruits, freshly squeezed juices (5-7 types), pastries- everything you want and want, daily gastronomic mayhem ))). Special attention!!!!On Saturdays, an organized lunch from the chef (beau Monde arrives)- live music, my head is spinning from abundance and variety, oysters, foie gras, 50 varieties of cheese, sashimi, sushi, duck, steaks, 10 types of jamon, alcoholic drinks /cocktails, Japanese, Mexican, Italian cuisine, exotic fruits - you will only walk around the ruins for 30 minutes - aerobatics of Michelin cuisine. It's a very cool hotel like all the Ritz. The food is at the highest level. Located next to the mosque. If you just want to stay at the hotel, you are definitely here. Abu Dhabi itself is a bit boring, so you don't have to go there. You can go to the mosque once in your life. Take shawls and floor-length dresses with sleeves right away, otherwise they won't let you in and will force you to buy their hoodies. But they are beautiful by the way, and it will be the best for a photo! The cost is 20-30 dollars. There are luxury ones for 200-400 dollars. But it looks great for photos over 20. The hotel is big. God! This IS THE BEST HOTEL IN MY LIFE!!!! I was very shocked by this service. Here you are the "only one in the hotel." You are remembered, you are known. When checking out, they ask for an honest review. It doesn't matter how much you booked a room for, for 35 thousand or for 1.5 million, you are treated with respect. A great place for a relaxing, leisurely vacation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is decent. The service is basically top-notch. Istria 's bathroom was not thought out - there was only one hook for the entire bathroom , and there was nowhere to hang our three bathrobes and towels . They hung it unaesthetically on the edge of the bathtub. Such thoughtlessness in small things is surprising. We paid for breakfast and dinner, tripled everything! Oysters every other day! There is a variety of food for all tastes. Special thanks to Iman, who is very friendly and caring! On May 9th, we were pleasantly surprised by the congratulations in the room! I was pleased with the beach - sun beds, towels, staff - everything is at the highest level. Maybe we'll come back, although we are fans of Atlantis in Dubai.

We are resting now at the Ritz Hotel. Of course, you can't compare with a hotel in Moscow (the level is much higher in Moscow), but it's normal for Abu Dhabi. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very tired, the furniture is worn, the carpet is stained. In general, the staff is very polite, but without knowledge of English in this hotel it will be sooo difficult. Only foreigners have a rest and all the staff speaks broken English (mainly from India and the Philippines). I know English quite well, but sometimes I hardly understood "such" English. I was pleased that there was a girl Daria to clarify the needs of the guests, she was the only one who helped us with advice and solved some issues. For example, we gathered at the mosque, so she immediately brought me an abaya and a headscarf so that I would not buy or rent, advised a chic Saadiyat beach. The representative of the welcoming party (the guide) advised us terrible excursions. Distracted..... The food in the hotel is very good, of high quality. Quiet rest. Overall, a very good impression, everyone is trying to please. When you come to the beach or to the pool, they immediately prepare sun beds, bring towels, ice water, and ask what you need. The service is on top.But keep in mind if you come to one of the restaurants and order food with an unlimited amount of alcohol (we gave about $ 100 per person in a pan-Asian restaurant), then after one bottle they don't fit you anymore, one bottle is unlimited for them. Near the Sheikh's mosque , taxi right at the hotel, good beaches are also nearby (300 dirhams for two) . In Moscow, we were misled and told that we need to leave a deposit of 500 dirhams per day, in fact we left $ 40 per week. There is no up-to-date information on this hotel at all. Wi-Fi is good everywhere, even on the beach. Anyone who wants peace of mind will do.
