I applied to AQUATERMEX LLC on 08/15/25 to purchase an electric unit (04) for a boiler that I once purchased from them. The above-mentioned spare part sold to me turned out to be used and not working (although no one warned me that the spare part was used). When returning the goods on 08/18/25, they asked to write a refund request, no one could say anything specific about the terms of the refund, only the chief accountant said that the director of the company was on vacation, and he had a bank flash drive for payments. None of the employees even apologized for the fact that they sold me a non-working spare part. Now all I have to do is wait for the director to return BYN 72.00 to me. I have not seen such a disdainful attitude towards clients from the employees of AQUATERMEX LLC for a long time. If you want to waste your time and money, please contact AQUATERMEX LLC at 22 Kuibyshev Street in Minsk!
