I always come to Dana for coffee and every time I wonder how you can make such a tasteless one. The cashiers will prepare some slop in a hurry and get to the next customer as soon as possible. Today was the last drop after throwing away a whole cup of coffee. MANAGEMENT, you really have something to work on, first of all coffee, and second of all SERVICE. The cafe certainly attracts. And the packaging is good, the cakes are just right for a gift.

The only negative thing during the entire period of my visit to this place was one evening when there was a long queue and at the same time several customers took cappuccino with them. There was a mix-up and the girl who ordered later than me received her coffee immediately and 10 minutes earlier than me. And then I had to argue with another client that this is my coffee, I've been standing here for a long time, actually. It may make sense to enter order numbers so that customers don't race after the words "cappuccino with you".

I came in for breakfast. Ruined the mood for the whole day. I asked if the croissant with salmon was fresh. Yes. But in the end, a cherished croissant and a translucent cappuccino. And that's all 12 rubles. The girl is dissatisfied with the service. She did not give me the devices, after she asked, she gave me with such a face as if I had asked for her personal thing. I put it on the tray without a napkin. The service is not much worse.
The tables are dirty.
I don't like to write negative reviews. But there is simply no limit to indignation. It is better to choose another institution.

And you, among all this crowd of people, should hear and have time to grab your coffee, or maybe not your own, but grab it, because what is the probability that you, having ordered a latte, are not the only one here?)) In general, 5 people will order a latte, and when they put this one glass, somehow these 5 people should figure out for themselves whose glass it is.

Make a separate pick-up area, not at the ticket offices. Do not gather crowds of people and do not provoke conflicts on this basis. For example, whenever I see that you have a lot of people, I choose another coffee shop, because I don't like standing in this crowd, listening to what kind of coffee they give and pushing people to pick it up at the epicenter.

I visit Thierry several times a week, but there is a big BUT
1) cockroaches next to pastries (resigned, not your fault)
2) today I witnessed the following situation: a man consulted a girl who cleans the hall, and she ran away from him 5 times silently laughing... Yes, the man behaved strangely (he has some problems), BUT VERY POLITELY. it turned out that yesterday he was kicked out of the same cafe for the reason that he did not buy anything. I constantly see how people just sit at your place without orders and there are no complaints about them, but here a harmless person has become objectionable because of oddities in behavior. The sediment remained with the ladies next to the table due to the indifferent attitude towards the guests. The cafe is not only about food, it is about hospitality and atmosphere.
