The tables between the visitors are not cleaned. We bought raspberry-ginger tea, but we got boiling water, which, as if poured over a jam jar and poured into a mug for us, ginger was also not particularly felt. From time to time I came here to drink coffee with a pie, to sit for half an hour with a laptop. The coffee is passable, the desserts will do. But today I faced a situation when I got a disgusting-tasting pasta, stale and bitter, I suspect that it was spoiled. I politely asked the cashier to replace it. But I was refused. Like, everything came this morning, everything is fresh, and it is this type of pasta that should be bitter. To be honest, I don't know much about pastry, so I didn't argue, especially a penny cake. But the very fact of refusing to change the dessert you don't like in an institution of this format personally seems surprising to me. The loss of a loyal client and part of the reputation does not cost 4 rubles, and if you consider that its cost is even lower for the organization, then in general the administrator's extremely stupid decision comes out. I immediately remembered the cockroach that I had the honor to meet there last summer. It's a pity that I deleted the photo when I was cleaning the albums, now it would be useful so as not to be unfounded. And the tortured faces of the girls at the checkout, I'm afraid to imagine how much they work there with such a stream of people. In general, the conclusion is this - the institution is a network sharaga that squeezes all the juices out of the staff, she didn't care about her customers and reputation. I highly recommend not buying anything there. Fortunately, there are a lot of other coffee shops with delicious desserts on the territory of the shopping center.

A good place has turned into a dumpster . All the tables and chairs are dirty , no one cleans the tables, all the pastries are soaked in some kind of fat and it is unclear what kind of it is.
I had to wipe the dirty table by myself to drink coffee and pastries . They put an end to this network.
