Every time I go to Thierry's branch, I have bad luck with coffee. I took raf once - they gave it to the redheads, it's impossible to drink. I come back, I say that something is wrong, in response: well, yes, you can immediately see that the cream is spoiled. So if it's immediately obvious, why did you make coffee out of them and give them to me? Or were you hoping that it would "work out"? Redone, given away, yes, but time.... I came back the other day and got a seasonal latte. I feel like I've had slop poured into a mug, and I have something to compare it with at other addresses. It doesn't even taste like coffee. It was as if something had been washed from under the coffee and this water had been poured into the mug. And it's not just my opinion, everyone who has tried it has maximum disgust. There are no issues with desserts, but croissants with fillings are not enough. It also wouldn't hurt to add that there are constantly not enough seats, and some of them are occupied by people who resemble homeless people. But it's not easy to influence this, I understand. Conduct a briefing for the barista or something, so that there are no questions about the coffee and all standard services are followed.

I was very disappointed with the Napoleon cake, I bought it on the evening of 11/15/2025. It's dry, it's falling apart, there was only cream on top, and we barely ate in the middle. The price does not meet expectations. It was very unpleasant in front of the guests, We kindly ask the management to pay attention to the quality!!!!!
