I used to love Thierry, but today it was in this place that I was served a latte in a dirty mug!!! I noticed when I had already sipped, and there was a trace of coffee in a circle at the bottom of the mug, apparently.
In general, it is very dirty here and the tables with used dishes are left untidy for 40 minutes, although there are not so many visitors. In general, the impression is terrible.

I rarely write reviews, but I work nearby and occasionally come in, and each time it gets worse and worse. The attraction is not to the two girls who are at the checkout, but to the management, they just can't physically cope....Therefore, the service suffers ... and everything else, respectively.

I adored Thierry before, almond croissant, coconut, pistachio eclair, croissant with salmon, crepe Nordic, my favorites, but lately it's just terrible, not at all the pastries that were before, eclairs are watery and not fully filled, insanely dissatisfied, the last straw was a cockroach running across the floor, losing customers ☹️

Raspberry-ginger lemonade is delicious, but a huge question for baking. The croissant was stale, all hard. There were 3 flies crawling in the window with a puff, the barista at the checkout said, and they looked at us with a dissatisfied look. The girl behind the cash register is so unhappy and angry that she wants to turn around and leave. We didn't hear either hello or goodbye. The service leaves much to be desired.

I didn't like the Napoleon cake. The service was rude. I removed the dirty plates of others and took them to the staff, to which they replied, put them where they were. It's a nice place, but they do terrible dishes! Almost all the tables had trays, no one was in a hurry to remove them. It is unclear what is connected with. Visitors move to neighboring tables, or leave empty cups at the station (which looks bad and is unpleasant to use). I was in 3 establishments of the network, in 2 such a picture.

Hygiene is at a low level - I ordered a pancake with salmon somehow (it's a pancake, not a crepe nordic, because a crepe nordic can't look like that!!), it was dropped on the table and put back in a one-time container ... soups began to pour 2/3 of the prescribed portion! The girls are exhausted, as if they work 2 shifts in a row!

To the request, which is pre-framed with a greeting - to wipe the table - theatrically rolled rolled eyes and running away without even listening to the end, the table was wiped after the 3rd!!! reminders. A remark about the absolute unfriendly staff and the unwillingness to see a dissatisfied face, instead of an apology, the thrown phrase is "Me too". That was the last straw. To be fair, that's how one of the three employees behaved. In essence, the coffee is not bad, the desserts look like thawed, to be honest, in consistency. Recommendations to management - all your marketing moves, investments in advertising - are killed by one dissatisfied employee, who shows with all his appearance that you are not welcome here
