Cakes, pastries, self-service, you can sit. Stoics are rarely cleaned when they left on all empty tables (1/3 approximately) there were dishes. I wanted to take a raf, but there was no cream. The sweet is not bad, but not for 5.

Good drinks. The cakes are very mediocre: the cream is just terrible. The same applies to buns - filling berry as if from fruit waste (cake). In the cold season, a passing draft blows all the heat out of the hall. The staff often asks the composition of the order 4-5 times, while still making mistakes. For an institution located in the city center, terrible value for money

It's a very cozy, good cafe, BUT! The interior is very ill-conceived! The draft is constant, especially in the cold! The tables are right by the door. Is it possible to make double doors or some kind of partition? To come to you and get sick is somehow not a good plan. This moment is very upsetting

Absolutely always burned in the trash can! I've never seen anyone who hasn't burned down at this point. Coffee is always of average quality or below average, cocoa too. For the rest of the items from the assortment, no complaints, very tasty. Overall, it's cozy.

We came with a friend to relax and have a snack after couples, hoping that there would be no problems in such a network. They made a mistake. No napkins were placed on the order, and the request to the waitress about napkins was ignored. After we were about to leave, we clarified with a friend where and how to leave the trays. As a result, they received a conviction for ignorance of their service, "can I still carry them home?". Rude and unpleasant.

The matcha latte had the smell of fish, the drink tasted of course specific, but in another institution of the same chain it was much tastier, and not to the same extent, clearly something was spoiled. A badly washed mug of tea was served, and there was a piece of some kind of sticker on it.. Well, the carrot cake is a little dry. And it is very inconvenient that there are no hangers.
