Good but prices are high on weekends

On March 21, together with the families of the Towards the Sun project, we visited the Titan Entertainment Center.
We enjoyed our time immensely.
Very sensitive, attentive, friendly staff, all issues were resolved very quickly, they were in excellent contact with the children, taking into account their peculiarities.
You can have a delicious lunch in the Center. The children ate everything and went on having fun.
We had a great game of bowling and laser tag.
Thanks to the management of the Center and the project Towards the sun.

An excellent children's center where you can relax not only for children, but also for adults. On March 21, my son and friends visited the Titan Children's Center. The children found entertainment based on their interests (laser tag, a maze, a huge number of slot machines, bowling). Adults were able to relax, play bowling and socialize. I liked the food, especially the cinnamon rolls and the tubes with condensed milk and nuts. Polite and attentive staff. A great place for family holidays and meetings with friends. We will definitely come back here again!

Many thanks to the entertainment center. We celebrated a child's birthday, a superhero quest, laser tag, etc. The children are delighted, and so are the parents. Bowling.
On his birthday, my son and his friends wanted to go bowling, so they chose bowling in Titan (they visited it for the first time).
We booked the track in 10 days, almost everything was free in time, so there were no difficulties, the reservation was for two hours / 5 guys.
The day before the visit, the administrator called and confirmed the booking.
On the day of the visit, they called and said "one of the tracks is out of order," so the "rental" time is a maximum of one hour or "do not come." To which we explained that this was a planned event where people were invited in advance. They didn't give us an answer.
Of course, we hoped that the time would pass as we wanted, but the hour ended and that was it...
At the end of the session (they allocated only an hour..), we asked for a book of comments and suggestions, and sent it to the administrator, who for some reason was not there... Of course, the guys didn't wait for him and left.
To all those who have read the review, be careful when choosing an institution for a good and planned pastime.

Maze... The grid was updated, but the broken toys for children were not updated, everything is broken, the piano worked about 10 years ago, it still has not been repaired. Every time you come, there are more and more breakdowns that do not update, there is also a small area for children under 4 years old, you can not climb higher with your parents, but children under 4 years old and older pay the same amount, although there is nothing to play on the ground floor because everything is broken.
I come here because it's close to home and there's unlimited time, so spending two hours is a great option.

We noted the age of the child, bought a package that included the quest bowling laser and 5d cinema (only this was +- norm) when ordering, they write the age of the children, bowling was not for children!!!! I had to walk along other paths to beg for easier balls!!!! The admins didn't care that there were children there and heavy balls didn't suit them, they didn't work in the laser half of the game for the 1st team!!! We won't go there anymore

It is difficult to catch a bartender at his workplace, he was always away somewhere. the track on which they were playing also seemed to be out of order. Either the downed pins will not be counted, or the spade will count for the line, although this did not happen. When they left, they wanted to take coffee to the takeaway at the bar, but again they did not observe the bartender at their workplace. When asked to present a book of complaints and suggestions, the administrator of the hall replied that they did not have it. There is no service at all. I do not recommend visiting it at all

As a result, be prepared that YOU may also be thrown. They found me an excuse for a PROGRAM FAILURE, what kind of failure can be written on paper with a pen.

I was bowling on 09/16/2024.
Pros: good bowling.
Cons: stuffy indoors, poor food quality, the attitude of the cafe staff to customers.
I ordered a men's health burger, it was the worst burger I've ever eaten. To say it's not tasty to say nothing, it was disgusting.
A thin and terribly dry cutlet, fried to a crunchy state. Even more fried bacon, which can be cut if you are careless.
All this is flavored with a notable portion of BBQ sauce, apparently to hide the smelling cutlet, unsuccessfully, the smell of not fresh product was present. And all this "beauty" is inside the stale crumbling bread in the hands.
After taking two bites, I realized that the dish was not edible, called the waiter and asked him to pick up this "masterpiece" describing in detail what was wrong.
Later, the waiter came with the administrator, together they explained that the burger was the freshest, everything was done according to the technological card and I was obliged to pay for the efforts of the cook and the products, and no one cares about my opinion.
We agreed with the administrator that I would pay, but I would leave a negative review, the main thing is to put 16 rubles in the cashier, and not any reviews there.
Well, everyone decides for himself how to run a business.

We booked a bowling alley three days in advance, the receptionist clarified everything and said that she had recorded it, as a result, when we arrived at our time, they tell us that you are not recorded, there are no free lanes, we can not offer anything, come next time, and in general, we had to call again and confirm the reservation... Thank you, but I won't come to you anymore and I don't advise others, and if you get ready, it's better to call 10 times and clarify if you were recorded accurately. Thank you for the terrible "service" and attitude to visitors!😉

We forgot to bring part of the order , the waiter girl apologized and there are no complaints about her , but then we wanted to extend the bowling time , we stood near the receptionist of a girl who did not even look at us on purpose , another woman stood next to us and asked for another track , to which the administrator offered our track , after we asked if there were any more tracks to play, the receptionist said no and offered to pack our food. When we selected food and drinks, we pressed the button again, but this time no one came. They pressed it 100 times for 20 minutes!!! There was no waiter in sight, they approached the bartender and explained the situation, asked to call the waiter, to which the bartender replied that if he called, the effect would be the same, that is, no one would come to us, then he said that he did not relate to us at all, his business was only to pour drinks and there can be no complaints against him. No one came up to us until the end of the game. It is very unpleasant that they did not pay attention to us, especially on my birthday. Due to such "high-quality" service, the institution lost about 200 rubles.

In principle, everything is on the level. The food is average, not very tasty burgers, none of the children ate the whole thing. Although the pizza flew away with a bang! The animator is experienced, everything went great. We bought a laser tag. From 14-19 , the children were satisfied . The service is so-so. But I don't take off the star. The prices are reasonable.

But the young man (the employee) who also helped, showed himself to be good. The sides are raised up to 9 years old, after 9 children without sides, the staff categorically refuses to raise them, it is not convenient when the child has not yet got the hang of it and the sides have already been removed. Also, after the previous player knocked down all the pins, the mechanism freezes for 2-3 minutes, it's unpleasant, the game can only be 1 hour, but it takes 15 minutes on average. In general, that place is so-so.
