The service was refused. One master worked. The client is in the chair and 1 more is in the queue, then I am. But they refused to accept me, because the master also had "his own person" by appointment. Although the hairdresser seems to have to work on a first-come, first-served basis. She came at 9 o'clock, the time for pensioners. No apologies, no suggestion to record the time either. There is no customer orientation. Apparently they work only for their own people in the morning.

I signed up for my son's haircut, and when we arrived, we heard that the master was supposedly ill and would not cut our hair. You could have at least called and warned... the attitude towards customers is below the baseboard. I don't recommend it.
