Некоррекные распределения нагрузок на каждую из рабочих фаз приводят к частым блокаутам. Все это из-за единоначалия Казладоева М. который абсолютно не сведующий в тонких вопросах электрики. А вот ПСК сотрудники не могут ему указать на безграмотность принятых решений.
