We chose this wonderful hotel based on reviews and did not lose out. The exclusive interior of the hotel and rooms was one of the points for choosing a hotel presented in Astana. We stayed in February 2026, the weather was really wintry, the temperature dropped to -36 at night and the room was cozy and warm. The sound insulation was very pleasing for all 5 nights we did not hear anyone. The cleanliness in the room is at a high level. Daily cleaning with replacement of towels. Drinking water. The author's breakfasts were prepared very tasty. 7 different breakfasts could be ordered in the room or in the restaurant. The hotel staff was always in touch, helped with any little things and was very friendly. The hotel was chosen for a visit to the US Embassy. The location is not within walking distance, but it takes only 15 minutes by taxi. The cost of a Yandex taxi in Astana is ridiculous. To the embassy 1,500 tenge in the morning. There is also a very good restaurant with Kazakh, European and Russian cuisine. I really liked everything. Thanks to the staff. We'll come again.
