A beautiful and cozy hotel in the power of the Peter era. Excellent location, near the center. Delicious food, large portions, I would like to note separately that the lobby bar is open around the clock, you can always pick up food in the room, especially if you arrived late after a long journey. Polite staff, insanely beautiful lobby. The rooms are cozy, but the curtains are very tight. If you are in Astana, choose this hotel, you will not regret it.

A wonderful hotel. It takes literally 30 minutes to get from the airport. The hotel itself is a separate building from the banquet hall, restaurant, and baths complex. The interior is very pleasant. The room is clean and very cozy, everything you need is present. High-quality WiFi. The hotel has very good sound insulation, I didn't hear anyone at all, it feels like I lived alone in the hotel. Breakfasts are above all praise. A very hearty and delicious breakfast will be prepared for you to choose from the menu (you can order it in the room) no extra charges. Special thanks to the staff, very polite and attentive. There is a large shopping mall in front of the hotel. I recommend the Traditional hotel!!!

Comfortable bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, blackout curtains. The view from the windows is on three sides. Khan Shatyr is within walking distance.+ a few more shopping malls. I recommend 100% An ideal option for guests of Astana. The prices are adequate, the rooms are normal, the kitchen for breakfast cooks "like at home", the hotel is located in the center with a developed infrastructure, Parking is large / guarded 24/7, near banks and shopping centers. We would like to place a special emphasis on the representatives of the hotel - Asem and Damir. We met, organized everything, and there was a solution to every question. We felt like great guests. Cultured and worthy representatives of the Kazakh people!

They lived from 08 to 12.11.23 with their daughter. At our request, a room with two single beds was provided. The hotel is cozy, quiet. The furniture and plumbing are a little tired, but everything works. The staff is polite, responsive. The breakfasts are continental, but there is a choice of individual dishes. You won't stay hungry, they cook delicious. The hotel has a restaurant (the kitchen is open 24/7, after closing the restaurant premises, food can be brought to the lobby bar), prices are probably above average, but quite comparable with neighboring restaurants, of which there are plenty around (Georgian, Korean, etc. - see kara). Opposite the hotel is a shopping center with a supermarket. The hotel has VIP halls with Russian billiards, the cost at the time of writing is 8-14 thousand tenge. There is a sauna, but we haven't visited it, so no comments. Separately, I would like to note the convenient location of the hotel - the city center (from the airport, depending on traffic jams, 25-45 minutes by taxi). The main attractions, the aquarium, the Ferris wheel and the Khan Shatyr shopping center are within walking distance (15-20 min walk). By taxi around the city from the hotel (the entire central part, concert halls, arenas) - 1000-2000 tenge. I recommend the hotel, very confident 4*.

I stopped twice because of the convenient location, right near Khan Shatyr and the center of new Astana. There is another large mall across the street, many restaurants right on the same street. You can eat at the hotel itself, not bad, but a little more expensive than in the city. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the Windows open, the breakfast is normal. Yes, and at a price cheaper than Marriott and others.

The hotel is very good, I chose it for a long time, but I do not regret that we stayed on it. Lived from 29.09.2023 to 03.2023. The son and husband arrived at the hotel early in the morning, for an additional fee they sat right in the room + they were also fed breakfast, for which they are very grateful!!!!The room is clean (and this is the most important thing for me), bed linen, towels are snow-white. The floors in the bathroom are heated. Slippers and bathrobes are available (shower gel and shampoos were updated every day). Cleaning every day. Very cozy room, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are very tasty, there is something to choose from. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. My son is absolutely delighted! I recommend the hotel! P.S. If you have to visit Astana again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the end of September 2025 for a few days at this hotel. I was pleased with the service: they brought a crib for an infant to the room in advance, helped to lift all things into the room, provided a parking space at the hotel, clarified how the night went, how the baby slept, and so on At the end of September, it was +2 in Astana, and there was no heating in the hotel, the room was very cold. At our request, a heater was brought, which dries the air very much - we had to use it during our stay in the room, otherwise we would have frozen. The rooms are very small, and there are absolutely few places. There is a shower room in the bathroom, where it is impossible to wash a small child, and it is also impossible to do this in the sink because of its shape and model of mixer tap. In general, we suffered a lot.… The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious, but they are not buffet style, but on request. After ordering, I had to wait 10 minutes or more. Not all the guests could withstand such a waiting period.… The last day ruined the impression. After breakfast, they couldn't get into the room at around 10 a.m. - the cards were blocked, although the eviction hour was at 12.00. I had to go down to the reception with the baby and unlock the cards. I was amazed that the receptionist didn't even try to apologize.

I recently stayed at the Traditional Hotel in Astana. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and shopping malls. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant interior. Great hotel. They accept rubles. I was in May for a week. Super service, amazing cuisine. They cook in front of you. The pies are just awesome. Borscht is beyond praise. Despite the fact that I am a vegetarian, I was provided with a separate lean menu with a large selection of dishes and snacks. I am very glad that I chose this hotel to stay in Astana (Nur Sultan).
