Good day! Yesterday I placed an order in an online store, and via notification via the Viber messenger, I received a message about the readiness of the product. Today, on 11/04/2025, I came to the store at Brest, Varshavskoe Shosse str.,11. The seller said that he was not aware that it was necessary to wait for the administrator. While waiting for the receptionist, I saw a similar product on the counters and asked me to sell it due to lack of free time. To which I received a refusal and an offer to wait for the administrator. There was no administrator on the store's premises. When the receptionist returned, she didn't even ask what the question was, went to her back room and closed there. I tried to communicate, but it didn't work out. He asked to see the complaint book, which was refused. The administrator did not make contact. She locked herself in her back room and said that she couldn't go in there, but she categorically refused to come out, as well as to present the complaint book. After much persuasion, the seller finally sold me the product in the store's assortment. I concluded that buying through your online store is not very convenient, due to the obsession of the entire process with the store administrator, who may be absent from the workplace, and the rest of the staff is not aware of the process. Sorry for being emotional, but unfortunately that's the case.

The store itself is large, with many different products. But there's something wrong with the staff. There is an occasional absence of a person on duty at self-service cash desks, as a result of which you have to pull another cashier (or maybe this other cashier doesn't know what's going on), but even this cashier sends the order. So the question is not to the employees, but to the management staff. Why is there no person on duty on the spot (if there should be one), if there is no such person, then who should help people with problems at the self-service ticket offices, how do you monitor the fulfillment of your duties by an employee, whether you have piled a wagon on one employee and a small cart and you're not interested in the fact that he can't physically do it?

Okay, but it would be possible to clean up the store and that would be great. For example, dust off the counters, add the missing price tags and place the goods a little more carefully, without piling them on top of each other.
