So the question is not to the employees, but to the management staff. Why is there no person on duty on the spot (if there should be one), if there is no such person, then who should help people with problems at the self-service ticket offices, how do you monitor the fulfillment of your duties by an employee, whether you have piled a wagon on one employee and a small cart and you're not interested in the fact that he can't physically do it?
