Good afternoon, I was shocked before this store was one of my favorites, I stopped by as usual for my favorite little things and it was a complete shock, the shelves were all empty , dirty, I found a seller in the hall, asked the store administration, a woman came out as I called the head of the store , which I waited for 25 minutes , I explained to her what I didn't like about manazini was that the shelves were empty , there were no price tags anywhere , there was no one to clarify , to which she did not have time to answer me because she started talking on the phone and just left, asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, waited for her for another 30 minutes and was not given , she left in a hurry, it's terrible, I hope you take action.
