Towels are separate for the room and separate for the pool/beach. Due to the fact that there are no clothes dryers, all towels are in small rusty spots, they are dried on the balcony railings. The pool is super! There are no questions, it is difficult to imagine an evening rest without it. There is a railway behind the hotel, trains run, but not often, they did not bother us. Dining room and food - cups are always poorly washed, as well as cutlery. Food - you won't stay hungry, but there is no variety. Breakfast includes two porridges to choose from, casserole, sausages, pasta, sometimes an omelet or egg, tea, sandwiches with butter, cheese and sausage. Dinner - stewed potatoes with meat, pasta, buckwheat, rice, sometimes cutlets, sometimes liver, three salads to choose from, portions are for children, but you can ask and they will give you an addition. The dining room is closed outside of breakfast/lunch/dinner, and you will not take any water or tea. The staff (Valeria especially) is responsive, they don't respond quickly to requests, but they do respond. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. On the way to the sea, and there are no trash cans at all. As a result of the rest, the hotel is not bad, there is something to improve, but in general everything is fine, if we have to visit these places again, then we will stop at this hotel. Suggestions to the management- buy clothes dryers, they are necessary)

Ребята! Я не знаю, кто пишет хорошие отзывы! Это не правда. Мы так же смотрели по отзывам, очень сильно пожалели! Не берите этот отель с питанием!!! Вы будете голодными. На выбор у Вас всегда будет только два блюда и вы будете выпрашивать нормальную -стандартную порцию еды. Так как они кладут суп в пиалки из под салата. Второе - 5 столовых ложек и тп. Мы уходим голодными. И питаемся в соседних кафе. Отдельно хочется отметить магазин напротив отеля Эдем с офигевшими владельцами: цены высокие, обманывают, тараканы! От этого же магазина работают мальчишки на тук-тук, возят до моря. Но цена всегда разная-уточняйте. Нам в срочном порядке понадобилось доехать до аптеки, недалеко от отеля-1000 р. В следующий раз доехали до центра Цандрипш- 2000. Мы в Пицунду доехали за 2500 в минивене с кожанным салоном и кондиционером, а тут на соседнюю улицу! Лучше вызывать такси -500-600 руб. Сам отель: номера нормальные для такой категории, у каждого номера есть балкон, кондиционер. Чистоту стараются поддерживать в номерах, но не очень получается. Часто перебои с электричеством, как следствие и с горячей водой. Бассейн за наш отдых (10 дней) чистили один раз и бассейн не работал 2 дня. Есть бар при отеле, ценик по прайсу один, когда платишь другой-больше. Отель в 700-800 м от моря. Пока идёшь до моря попадаются два хороших кафе (Инжир и Сави-рекомендуем). Больше в этот район не поедем. В целом от этой местности негативные впечатления, точнее ощущение нескончаемого обмана.

The furniture is dilapidated and has fallen apart in places. The cleaning is terrible, other people's hair is everywhere. Breakfast is such a mess!! Is it possible to feed people with this??? Slop. The food is served by the cook so that you don't eat too much, salad bowls for porridge - 200 gr. I'm attaching a photo. The pool is not heated, the water is like a swamp, sediment and dirty tiles. Towels are covered in rust and mildew. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception.
