Before that, they did it in different ways: thick and sloppy and for more than two hours (removal, processing, coating without even design), but now I only go to Anastasia N. Attentive, careful, great experience and everything is fast. Well done!!! Thank you for your work! Nice bonus drinks :))

After removing the old coating, the master saw that I had onycholysis on two fingers and refused to cover my nails. I have known this problem for more than 10 years, and it has not been solved yet. I always do long-term repairs with many craftsmen and my nails have never fallen off during this time. At my insistent request to cover the nails and that there would be no complaints to the studio, in which case, the master categorically refused to cover the nails and did only manicure - by the way, the manicure itself, along with the removal, took 1.5 hours. Long enough. During this time, you can manage to make a full-fledged complex with coating and even in an hour, as is done in many studios at the moment. - the receptionist offered coffee/tea/water before the procedure. I asked for tea, but no one brought it to me during that time. It is clear that this is not a coffee shop and I did not come to drink tea, but if you offer a service, then I would like to receive it in the end. But the most interesting point is that this was not my first visit to this studio, and I had always had my nails covered with gel here before, although there was already a problem with my nails at that time. But this time I didn't get the service I wanted, the mood was ruined.
