Exclusively my opinion, but the building is still, like in the center (not far from nemiga) and from the facade is not the worst, but inside the "scoop". The sign with the name of the organization to the left of the door, at first I did not notice, I went behind some kind of barrier. But the office of the organization was greeted warmly. They quickly gave everything away and issued the documents. I wanted to notice the stamp pad in the print myself, but even then they took it and changed it themselves. We packed everything in their branded bag. In general, everything was fine.
