I needed a dry cleaning of the sofa, contacted the manager, agreed on the date and time, they dialed me a day later, said that the person was already busy at this time, although initially everything was free, as a result, we agreed on the same day, but earlier. The result of the work is satisfactory, the stains have been washed off more, but still not 100%.

I can't call it anything else but fraud. We agreed with the "manager" on the photo to clean the sofa. It turned out to be 2.5 times more expensive than expected, they argued with the "complexity of the sofa". Well, OK.... The "master" called and said that he would be delayed for 40 minutes, well, OK.... Everything happens .... I came and started the "cleaning". In general, nothing unusual. I applied the product, rubbed it with a screwdriver with a brush, cleaned it with a cleaning vacuum cleaner. In the end, he said that the stains are very old and it is no longer possible to wash them with any "chemistry". But it is interesting that he went through each place of the sofa current once, did not even try to remove the stains, only said that "here the stains are old, I tried this and this chemistry, then only you can spoil the sofa." Well ok.... I paid off as the cost was negotiated with the "manager". But still the thought did not leave me that I was just deceived by 160p. I went and bought a detergent for washing carpets and upholstered furniture for 3.71 rubles. I intensively rubbed it with a brush for 4p too.... Oh, a miracle! The old stains that "no chemistry can remove without spoiling the sofa" have disappeared somewhere. In order not to be unfounded, I am attaching photos: 1. Before cleaning (photo with spots) 2. After the "cleaning" (the photo where the vacuum cleaner got into the frame) 3. After the 3.7r remedy (photo with a clean sidewall of the sofa) Results: - a huge overpayment compared to the prices on the site - you will not get a result, the "master" will do a kind of violent activity and as a result will say that the spots (some are not like that and finally nothing will help, I tried everything I could) - there was no agreement - you'll just waste time and money
