I'm not from Minsk, even though I've lived in Minsk for 6 years, but I found out about Oscar's coffee recently and it's just a bomb! The cafe itself is pleasant, clean, simple and not pretentious. They'll serve you quickly here, but they won't lick anything once. Previously, strange types often gathered here, but now there are more and more decent people and young people, which is undoubtedly pleasing. And also a great view of the avenue. The prices are great, and so is the quality.

Let me say this: anyone who has never drunk beer or coffee here is not a Minsk resident. The ground floor has been operating as a cafeteria since 1977, when, according to the design of architect Valmen Aladov, an extension was built in the courtyard of the house for the Tsentralny supermarket. Before that, there was a grocery store N13 of the Leninsky district food Store. The cafeteria has retained its interior, which was worked on by another master, Andrei Bembel. He created 13 plaster bas-reliefs on the walls. Initially they were white, but now they are in color - painted by students of the Belarusian Academy of Arts. The hall is illuminated by 10 gorgeous chandeliers. I have not yet been able to find out where they were brought from. But the light bulbs are already energy-efficient. There is a beautiful stucco on the ceiling. It's time to call it a "cafeteria museum." In 2018, photos of Minsk from previous years appeared in the aisles to the supermarket. This was done as part of the Moments of History project. I would like to note that although the owners of the Euroopt cafeteria and supermarket are different, they live together.
