Then they call back and say you need to come write an application for connection. What kind of statement? Why wasn't I told about this on December 13th? I'm in the hospital now, how do I run? Well, then why do they tell you cable? So do you charge for this? What kind of employees are these? How much does it take to shake your nerves because of their incompetence?
