A wonderful hotel! Daily cleaning with replacement of towels, bed linen. They put 0.6 liters of water per person every day. The dental kit was only available upon check-in, and shampoo +shower gel was available. The breakfasts are normal, you can find them for yourself. Fruits-watermelon, melon, dragon fruit, pineapple daily. 3 types of yogurt, sliced fruit for yogurt! There are 5 types of medium juices, eggs in any form, greens, salads, soup are different every day. Cottage cheese, pastries and much more- there is a choice. Of course, it will arrive by the end of the rest, but at home you already want it after 2 days). Dinner is expensive 650 baht per person, we did not go, because there are a lot of cafes nearby where they gave a maximum of 800-900 baht with drinks for 3 people. The territory is gorgeous, the pools are just a buzz. The massage is perfect-taechki are smart! We spent a 3,000 baht deposit on massage and pizza on site. There are no problems with eviction-clearly, quickly and without complaints. I definitely recommend the hotel!

We lived here 2 times during the holidays. The first time in the beginning, we booked only 4 days and left. As a result, after a trip to the mainland and a couple of hotels in Patong and the old town, we returned here. The rest of the hotels were just terrible, despite the same number of stars and +-equivalent cost. The impressions of the hotel, in comparison with the others in which we lived, sparkled with new colors and spent the rest of our vacation here. I definitely recommend it. The staff is polite, they help with all questions. There are pools on site, deeper for adults and a shallow one with a slide for children. The restaurant is at a decent level. We took the evening unlimited a couple of times, tried almost all their cuisine, liked everything, especially fish and seafood. In fact, there are no rooms with sea views, all rooms overlook the courtyard and the pool, but this does not spoil the impression, take a higher floor, the views are gorgeous. I recommend booking family rooms or suites, they are much larger in size and much more comfortable. Special thanks to the staff for their impression of the quality of service, as there is something to compare it with.

But a significant disadvantage was that dirty towels were brought to us for the first 3 days, and there are fines for stains on towels (600-800 rubles). Only breakfast is included. We had all-inclusive dinners at the same restaurant in the hotel. Adults 450batt/person. Children 250. Very tasty dinner, live music every day) and breakfast is normal. 4. We were from April 12-19. Strong waves, rains. If you're lucky, the waves will subside and the rain will stop. We were lucky :) 5. I didn't notice any mosquitoes. Not a single bite. But I've seen a girl with huge red spots, probably bitten selectively. 6. The Avatar tour is luxurious! It's a long drive, lots of different locations and photo spots. I recommend it to everyone. 110$/person from Olga's hotel guide. 7. Kata beach is within walking distance. Walking 5-7 minutes on a comfortable road. It's even a plus - a walk! We just got back from this hotel. The first time we visited it was 2 years ago, in March 2023. We lived in the 5th building on the 4th floor with a view of the pool and its bar. Judging by the bad reviews that were left for 2024 and early 2025, I thought that the hotel had specifically deteriorated. But no, apparently everyone has their own assessment measures. Yes, there are rusty handles in the bathroom. in a node, somewhere the tile joints were grouted in mold, or, for example, we had a cabinet door dangling behind which there is a refrigerator! And to hell with it, it didn't fall off, and it's fine. We only came for 7 days to relax, eat delicious food and shop! And all this was accomplished! Due to the late check-in, the deposit was accepted from us in dollars, and it was also refunded. No one found fault with us and nothing was withheld from us. Although, we left at 5-20 in the morning, maybe that's why... The only thing that hasn't changed is the breakfast, which is also a bit poor. I couldn't eat the cheese once, it was sorted out quickly, and given the leisurely nature of the Thais, we were already full before the next batch of cheese. I would also like to wish the hotel to recruit Russian-speaking staff, maybe one person per shift. At the pool bar, watch carefully when the bill is brought to you, it differs from the price at which you order drinks! But, not significantly. As it is, everything is decent. Once they forgot to leave fresh towels, upon request at the reception, they brought them quickly! Russians and Kazakhs make up the main part of the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I really liked everything - and the territory is beautiful, several pools, one with a bar, Russian music in the evenings, very tasty food. There is a massage parlor right on site. You can pay for services and bar deposits, which is very convenient. There is a gorgeous beach in 5 minutes. The Swede is not brilliant, but varied, you definitely won't stay hungry, even soups in the morning....Daily cleaning and change of towels. There were big waves at sea during this period, and we spent most of our time by the pool. The music was annoying, but it was also a small thing. When our vacation was coming to an end, we noticed that a bag of cosmetics (creams, perfumes) had been stolen from us . They did not raise this issue, there is no evidence. The residue remained.... When leaving the room, we were accused of dirtying the curtains, although they were not fresh before us and the windows were dirty, our fault. There are sand mats, but towels would still be better. You can buy your own, but honestly, you don't want to do towel washing on vacation, but you need to refresh them after the sea. - breakfast. You can find something to eat for yourself - a boiled egg, an omelet, sausages, some greens. There is porridge, muesli for children. There is no baking, except for pan cases. Pancakes daily. Everything would be fine, but in comparison with the past or with hotels of the same price category, this hotel loses a lot in terms of breakfast. In neighboring Pamukko, the breakfasts are just great - there is a huge selection of everything you want, and the price is about the same as Tuana -entertainment for children. The children's room was closed, what is the reason for this is not clear. I saw through the window that there are slides, a house, toys. This room would have been very useful to us, as there was a lot of rain. There are slides for kids in the pool. We just got back from vacation. It feels like the reviews were written by people who hadn't seen a better service. I rate the hotel no more than 3 stars. The breakfasts were disgusting, and sometimes I even came across rotten food from dinner. We haven't seen cheese in two weeks, and yoghurts and porridges are all sweet. Fruits are limited. Eggs are just all the possible options. That's right, we survived at their expense)))We went to a buffet dinner a couple of times for 650 baht per person, the staff looks at you like eagles and counts how many approaches you made for dinner. Drinks are all paid for... no one is interested in you at the hotel, the rooms are shabby, the sewage system in the 4th building was clogged during our stay. In general, they remained alive, but they did not receive satisfaction. Having overpaid 40 thousand, it was possible to get a completely different comfortable stay in terms of accommodation and food quality. In the middle of the rest, we realized that the hotel is exclusively for Russians, even a deposit for an umbrella should be left 1000 baht, apparently this is the attitude towards us. I'm definitely not going back to this hotel, and I advise everyone not to go, but to choose something more decent.

The rest of the space along the beach is occupied by a huge hotel. There is a market and restaurants nearby. But it's like I'm in Turkey. There is no authenticity. Even Tom Yam is not spicy. The room was cleaned every day. But the cleaning time is kind of random. They can come at 9:30 and at 16. It is also unclear about the change of linen and blankets, then every day, then every three days. Unfortunately, the baby's diaper leaked onto the bed sheet. In the evening, after cleaning, we received a notice of a 200 baht fine for a stain. They were slightly discouraged. Because this stain is washed off without a trace from one washing cycle. We won't leave any more tips. Because in the afternoon we just gave a hundred to replace the sheets, abandoning cleaning. This is the only hotel where I wash all the textiles with my hands after the children, so as not to incur a fine. Because there is no desire to give a hundred bucks with such a service. It seems to me that this is the only hotel on Katya where we were given bracelets. Yesterday, people from the neighboring hotel came to our hotel to use the pool and no one kicked them out.
