+beautiful territory, good food, lots of flowers, everything is well maintained. - apparently there are national priorities. The hotel is a German chain, there are no Russian-speaking staff at the reception, although there were before that. We checked in opposite the security booth at the entrance, although we didn't book the cheapest rooms. They usually always go to a meeting with a request for relocation, but here they completely ignore it. There is only one answer, there are no numbers, but 7-8 buses arrive every day, and these people are settled somewhere. In May, I really wanted to sleep without air conditioning, but it is not possible to leave the door to the balcony open. There is a road nearby, buses, taxis and very talkative security staff)). This is our third time at this hotel, before that everything was great. We're not coming here anymore. I advise you to choose hotels from Turkish, Italian or Austrian chains. Drinks at the bar are not very good, they can pour cappuccino from water and milk. There is no cleaning for the second day, you come back by 4 p.m., and they didn't even start there. There is not even a shoe horn, and there are no cosmetic problems, although they are present in the description of the room. Toilet paper should be saved). It's very unexpected that I was so unlucky for the third time (((. I don't recommend spoiling your vacation. Choose something else.

Excellent hotel, calm, friendly, pleasant. It was the third time this year and I didn't get tired of it) Vacationers from different countries, conflicts or the like have not seen or heard. The food is excellent, fruits, sweets, ice cream are excellent and not in short supply)) Great sports activities, if you want. The staff always tries to help, never refuses. The beach is nice, large, and the entrance is shallow. It's all good.

The hotel is not for 5*. The territory is pretty, green by 5. Everything else is for 3, the rooms are very mediocre, sets (cotton pads, chopsticks, shower cap) are not provided, bring your own. There are no bathrobes, especially. Food and drinks for 3. European children are absolutely ill-mannered, they make noise near the rooms where both adults and toddlers are resting, I had to go out and stop them, so they snarl, show a fake, it was just outrageous. There is no Russian-speaking staff.
80% of the hotel staff are Germans, the other 20 are another type of Europe.... adults, like Europeans, like their offspring, are very loud, noisy and ill-mannered. There is no pleasure in looking at this mess around.
This is such a so-so hotel. But the territory and the Turkish cafe are sooooo cute (just that), see the rest above.

Secondly, of course, this is an incredibly beautiful territory, very clean and well-groomed, you can walk around it endlessly! The landscapes are amazing and breathtaking.
Very comfortable new rooms, the cleaning is perfect. The food is normal, without frills, but of high quality.
A gorgeous beach along which walking is a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. It has a large territory. Rooms in the main building and in the bungalows. We lived in a bungalow at the back of the hotel. We are very happy about this, because we had the opportunity to walk more after meals and be more secluded from the noise of the main administrative building. The food is excellent, the weekend menu and the decoration of the restaurant are festive, with seafood. Concerts, shows, free Wi-Fi... The child got sick- the doctor, but for the money. There is a mini zoo, a hammam, a gym, and there are turtles on the territory. There are many free bars, cafes and it's just very beautiful! Cleaning is frequent, children's areas. There are many pools of various sizes and photo zones.

Hello! I liked the hotel. A large clean and well-groomed territory, settled earlier than promised. The food is normal, a little monotonous, but we were not hungry. The staff is friendly. The beach: large , there is no pier , the pebbles are small, turning into sand, the sun beds are occupied in the morning by 10.00 there is little left, the cleaner appears on the beach by 10.00 there is no big dirt. Swimming pools, one large one in the center, an average one by the sea and a small relaxation in the depths of the cottages are almost immediately occupied. There are also sun beds on the lawn along the sea, so there is a place to lie down and sunbathe. The contingent, 90 percent of Germans with children, there are a lot of children.
2-3 people speak Russian from the staff, one comes by 9.00 and the other by 16.00. Rooms: two-three-storey medium-sized cottages? the bathroom is small, a shower, a hygiene kit, the bar is filled only once, there is no alcohol, a liter of cola fanta sprite minvoda, the entrance door has zero sound insulation ?if you want silence, take it away from the party tracks, a mini balcony, two armchairs and that's it, cleaning every day, a steep climb to the 2nd floor, a big minus of housing in nature insects mosquitoes ants is not critical. The territory is green, occupied by cottages. The staff is tired of the smiling season at least. There is a lot of food, so the repetitions are not very noticeable. They can't cook soups. Fish and chicken steaks are over-dried. I gave away 250 rubles. for one 12 days, expensive for a hotel of this level. The drive from the airport to the hotel is about an hour, with stars. The minibus is full, from Pegasus tourist.

The overall rating is satisfactory , the price does not match the quality . For this money, you can find a better hotel. The rooms have been slightly redecorated , they were in a hurry very poorly . There is no iron in the room , the reception said you can iron and wash for money . The hotel itself is old, a small part has been restored, but the essence does not change. The staff is working poorly , some workers are constantly walking next to vacationers , finishing something , etc .
Land of legends transfer 2 times a day : at 10:00 back at 17:00 and in the evening at 20:00 back at 23:00.
Result :
If you are not going to travel to LAND OF LAGENDS with your children every day, there is no point in coming here. The hotel has nothing to do with the expensive RIXOS brand.
I compared everything with the Hilton Kemer hotel an order of magnitude better .

So far, Rixos has only one name and, perhaps, underwear. The rooms were not renovated, and the team, apparently, remained from Magic Life. That is, the service is, to put it mildly, unobtrusive. Service in restaurants and bars, cleaning - everything is on a "C".
One of the advantages is the location, compact green area, good chefs. Well, the cost is more than 2 times lower than in other hotels of the Rixos chain.
So decide for yourself whether you need it.

The territory of the hotel is very large, there are several pools (one large main one and two smaller ones) The food is so-so, I won't say that it's just wow, there were no watermelons until the vacationers began to resent and present it to the management! The sea is good, the pool is also (although in our check-in, the child (not ours!) I went to the main pool by the big one😄
Of the advantages, I remember that the spa is very good, I liked it. There are mini buses on the territory, let's say, that take you to the reception (because sometimes I'm too lazy to go so far), although I was unlucky with my family, I never took a ride on them, because all the lazy come there, no one walks :)
Of course, the trip to Turkey ended almost lamentably for me, an ambulance, twice to the hospital to stupid Turkish doctors with their stupid diagnosis, my STOMACH FROZE (yes, they have such a diagnosis), as a result, I managed to return to Moscow with acute pain, where the doctors managed to operate and save me, and said if If I stayed in their hospital for a couple more days, I would have died. So I'm not going to Turkey now) And so, it's up to you😉

We had a rest from August 19 to 31, there were 3 of us: me and two children, 12 and 18 years old. We lived in villa 5, room 5604, a chic house with a separate entrance on the second floor, a relaxation area (small pool + Jacuzzi) under the windows, we always rode buggies to the main building, which personally drove us at any time. The children really liked the animation (Serat, Slava and Guzel), took an active part in all the events until the closing. Excellent discos were held daily, different performers came, sang live (many Russian-language tracks). The beach is clean, there are always free sun beds available. A good sandy approach to the sea. The food in the dining room was very tasty, there were always empty tables. A varied menu. I really liked the Italian a la carte restaurant, we had a delicious dinner, thanks to the chefs! Lots of snack bars (French fries, rustic, pizza, burgers, ice cream), clean pools, a new water park. We went shopping in Antalya for free from the hotel. Separately, I would like to note the green territory, which was always well-groomed, squirrels and turtles were seen, century-old pines, eucalyptus, pomegranate and other trees grow on it. New ping pong tables, good rackets and balls. A cool hammam, which was by appointment ( 30 minutes per person), went! There are 2 swimming pools in the spa area (under the roof and outside). There is a chic fitness room (no more than 8 people). Yoga, Pilates, aquaerobics and aquabikes classes are held (simulators in the pool). Daily games were held in the main pool, very fun and interesting! There is a great coffee bar in the lobby. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel! Interesting show programs were also held in the amphitheater! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, we will definitely come here again!

We had a rest from August 7 to August 16, 2021. Room 2056, family room in the main building. The room is not bad, on the ground floor with access to the party (previously, apparently, there was a small pool here, but now there is a flowerbed). 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes; in the living room there is a single bed and a sofa that was broken, they called the reception- they fixed it, a wardrobe with hangers. There is a kettle, tea/coffee, no cups, only paper cups. The cleaning is symbolic (change of towels), the sink and toilet are not cleaned, the floors are not washed. Check the mini-bar, we had open bottles, obviously they didn't even look there when preparing the room. The food is not very varied and tasty, but you will not stay hungry. There are small queues for food. And at 7 a.m. there are not enough people at the distribution. Sometimes it's hard to find an empty table. Beach: a good approach in front of the Toucan kids club and bar. To the right of the pool (if you face the sea) is a baby Toucan, where you can put the baby to sleep. But it's very noisy there. Slot machines and a steam train are open in the evening. In addition to the main pool, there are 4 more (3 of them in the Muun area). The pools are cleaned daily. I do not recommend a la carte restaurants, nothing new, everything is in the restaurant. To Belek by taxi is 6 dollars. Free daily shopping trips to Antalya. By the way, sun beds on the beach and near the pool are occupied in the morning, then it is very difficult to find a free one. The hotel grounds are green and large.

We rest from 27.10 to 5.11.2021. They haven't left yet. Thanks, the Internet works everywhere. From 27.10 to 31.10 I will give the highest rating. It was the coolest hotel. By all parameters 5. But since 01.11 the concept of the hotel has ended. There is no children's animation!!! This is the biggest problem. There are a lot of kids and they have nothing to do. We organize and entertain ourselves. If the hotel remains open, then it is necessary to maintain this steep level. The room is lovely, very clean, cleaning by electronic order from the room. There are no paper booklets here, like I'm resting or take it away. I pressed the button I want cleaning, they come in 15 minutes. Everything has been thought out, parents relax on the show program, children are picked up and entertained in a mini club. The service is at the highest level. They are very respectful to the guests. I recommend. I always choose different hotels. But I will definitely come to another Fan San hotel.

In general, the impressions of staying in this place are just wonderful, but...there is one drawback: an unpleasant aftertaste from the hotel guides (Russim, Ali and Tatiana). We have been vacationing in different countries and different hotels for many years, and hotel guides have always been our assistants, and most importantly, well-wishers and people who are ready to give good honest advice. This time it turned out to be different : these guys pursue exclusively mercantile interests - they cheat in everything - starting from the exchange rate, while they themselves immediately change you with great joy, ending with excursions... This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude. And this is probably the only moment that
left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Excellent hotel, 4 large swimming pools. There are several bars, imported alcohol (whiskey, martinis) in the lobby, cocktails are excellent, the animation is wonderful, every Thursday is a children's holiday! The rooms are normal, we only slept there, so the main thing for me is clean bed linen and towels. Cleaning every day, the food is good, the queues are only because people take so much food that they can't eat it later. The contingent is mainly Russians and Ukrainians, a few Turks. Legend Amusement Park is nearby. Transfer to the beach by the beautiful steamboats on which I put the youngest to bed for a nap. The beach is decent, the entrance to the sea is gentle, small pebbles, as everywhere in Belek. On the beach, there is a bar with beer and soft drinks, tortillas, shawarma, burgers, grilled fish, salads and side dishes. We haven't had any complaints or questions in 10 days. Children (14.11 and 3 years old) I liked everything.

A great family hotel for families with young children. Round-the-clock access to the children's feeding area, good cuisine for adults and children, separate recreation areas for smokers / non-smokers (alas, but not always observed by vacationers), only for adults / with children, friendly and responsive hotel, beautiful and large territory. The a la carte restaurants are so-so, the canteen tastes better and it's difficult to sign up, just that the view is beautiful in Italian and the FIAT is cute. A clean large swimming pool, good animation every day in the evening and some contests, exercises, competitions all day long.
Super: a children's town where you can leave a child and a children's 24-hour restaurant with a good set of products, except for fermented milk, everything is there.

A wonderful hotel on the Mediterranean coast! A large enclosed well-maintained area. There are several pools, including for the smallest ones. We rested at the hotel from 09/29/18 to 10/07/18. We liked the beautiful, extensive territory of the hotel, a mini zoo, a mini botanical garden, a large variety of trees, sports grounds, swimming pools, friendly staff. I also liked the food. You can find food for all tastes, there is meat, fish, vegetables, fresh fruits.
Animators worked constantly and conscientiously. The room was also comfortable and spacious. The only drawback is not particularly high-quality room cleaning. Somehow they wipe the floor, after which small debris remains, the loggia, in general, was not cleaned, and the most unpleasant thing is that wet used towels are removed from the hooks where they dry, stacked and put upstairs, as if they were clean towels. Then you have to take them off, not dried and sort out where whose is, because they are all the same, white. It was not possible to achieve order in this, perhaps because of the short rest time. Otherwise, everything is fine.

A good hotel for families with children. The rooms are spacious with children's beds, in 2, 3-storey bungals. For children there are slides in the pool, playgrounds, trampolines for free. There is a children's kitchen, ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, free of charge. The food is good from meat: beef, lamb, chicken. Fish products: grilled fish of several types, crayfish. There was a small selection of fruits, but melons and watermelons were taken to the beach on a cart.
The territory is large and very green.

Two stars only for the sea and a nice beach.I had a rest in September -October 2021.The rest is from the boorish attitude of the staff (exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, Germans -they smile and kiss their asses), murdered, dirty rooms overlooking the construction site (sewage from it is drained into the sea next to the beach)or a dumpster and rotten food, which was wasted by a lot of people-it's terrible! The terrible attitude of the hotel! We sent a grandmother with a 2-year-old child to this hotel. Upon arrival in Turkey (on the way to the hotel), they were told that part of the hotel was under renovation, and that they were being taken to the BeleK Soho Beach Club 5 hotel (supposedly 5 stars), and that it was supposedly better. In fact, the hotel turned out to be a terrible dump, the windows of the room generally faced the wall with air conditioning. Through a tour agent, we spent 12 hours deciding on the issue of moving to this hotel. They were transported, of course no "repairs" were carried out there, the hotel was completely packed. At first they were told to wait until 12, and then until 14 o'clock, and this after such a terrible check-in at a bad hotel, a lost day of rest and with a 2-year-old child. At the same time, while they were waiting, new people came and settled them! They also met a man there, who was taken to BeleK Soho Beach Club 5 in the same way, and returned here after the scandal. This confirms the consistency of their attitude towards their customers and the existence of partnership agreements with a bad hotel for bringing customers to it and settling in terrible conditions. Most likely, the hotel sells more rooms than it has and sends people to its "partners" at BeleK Soho Beach Club 5. We paid a lot of money, but in fact we received such an attitude. Due to the fact that this scheme is being implemented by this hotel on an ongoing basis, we will write appeals to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and the Turkish police to conduct an anti-corruption audit against the hotel. I wrote to the people who book rooms at this hotel to prepare for possible unpleasant situations.

The hotel is located near Antalya Airport, about a 30-minute drive away. The territory is huge and very well maintained, the staff is polite, smiling, the animators are just great, they work 100%!
