We trusted the company and issued a visa to Greece and bought tickets based on their recommendation through Rayner. They didn't give me a visa. The manager didn't tell us that the tickets were non—refundable - we didn't know the first time. The money for the flight was burned. Travel insurance was also not offered. We paid for the company's services for a visa (which we did not receive) and lost a huge amount on tickets. The company made money on us without providing any protection. Be vigilant: if you are advised to buy tickets separately, immediately check the refund rate and insist on insurance against cancellation. As a result, the company did its job, and we were left without a visa and without money.
