The best budget hotel in Minsk!
Very convenient location - metro at the exit, there is also a square with a bus stop. There are many shops around. The room itself has everything you need, and there is a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby near the elevators. The administration will help with any question, even with a non-standard one:) well, the main thing is the view from the window, many people have already written about it, so I will not be an exception!
If I still find myself in Minsk, I will only stay in a Tourist!

The hotel has a restaurant. I don't know about lunches, but dinner is clearly overrated. It's more satisfying to go to a pizzeria. The buffet breakfast costs 25 byn. In principle, there is a lot to choose from. I didn't like the chair in the room that almost fell apart and the kettle that doesn't have an automatic shutdown. There is a cooler on the floor, but it seems to give only cold water. Also, there is no ventilation in the room, you have to keep the window open, which reduces the effect of the air conditioner. At the same time, there is a major road nearby and it is noisy with the window open

The most disgusting of the hotels we stayed in!!!
1. We got into the room only the third time. The first room, from which the keys were given, was not cleaned. (Mountains of bottles, dirty towels and bed linen,...) The second one had such a smell of tobacco that you couldn't even take a breath. The room, as it turned out later, was for smokers.
2. There was no air conditioner or even a fan.
3. The smell in the room was like from a soldier's barracks bordering the Soviet dining room.
4. Even the soap they provided WAS NOT WASHED!!!!
5. There were short-term interruptions with water.
6. And even the promised Wi-Fi was completely missing!!!!!!!
One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro!

There were no disposable toothbrushes.
I also attended a buffet breakfast for 25 bel. rubles. The assortment of dishes seemed strange for breakfast, for example, there was stewed cabbage, carrots in Korean... You don't eat that for breakfast. Potato dough is frankly not tasty (which is strange for Belarus). But it's good that there were other dishes, such as fried eggs, meat delicacies, pancakes, cheesecakes, so you can generally get enough :)

Upon arrival, as luck would have it, the heat came, it was unbearable to be in the room, I called the reception, asked if there was a fan, the answer was "there are none, everyone is already occupied." I didn't sleep all night because of the heat. The next day, I asked to be moved to an air-conditioned room with an additional fee. I was already thinking of giving up everything and going back home because I came to see the city and go on excursions. They called back, they said there was such an opportunity! I moved into room 1104, the air conditioner was working, everything was fine! The next day in the morning I see something crawling on the wall, I crushed it, and there's blood and a characteristic smell of bedbugs, I lift the mattress, and there's a whole nest swarming! I go down to the reception, I say, "you have bedbugs in your room," the answer is, "we don't have bedbugs, but I believe you." I say, "send an employee to fix it." The answer is "yes, the master will come now, we will move you, you will not stay in this room." A swearing master came, communicating with me on "you", lifted up the mattress and "oh, there's a whole nest here!" I packed my things, moved the storage room to them, and went on a planned tour myself! I arrived in the evening, they gave me new keys at the reception, an employee escorted me to a new room, I immediately checked the mattress, there were no bedbugs here! The employee left, turned around when he reached the elevator, came back, said, "on behalf of our hotel, I apologize, there was just an unpleasant man with a cast living there before you," and it's kind of bugs from him. In general, I moved into a new room, the air conditioner was already working as powerfully as in a room with bedbugs, and the refrigerator was not cold at all, but I needed it. And in principle, you declare a room with a refrigerator, which is there, but in fact does not fulfill its role! In general, I call the reception again, I say, "first they put me in a room with bedbugs, now you have moved me to a room where the refrigerator does not work," the answer is "okay, we will send a master, he will look, and if anything, we will replace this refrigerator with a new one!" Another master came, said that the air conditioner would not blow more powerfully, and the refrigerator would be replaced! In short, it was replaced! Regarding bedbugs, he told them, "you understand, if a person brings them home, that this is not life, but hell with the loss of sleep and furniture, at least." They called me the next day, said, "again, we apologize, the cleaner did not notice bedbugs during cleaning, the city sanitary and epidemiological service will come to us, they can process your things." Of course, they do not know what kind of processing, what method, etc.! As a result, the hotel staff left me an aerosol bottle of insect repellent at the reception! Bottom line: this is not a hotel, it feels like a flophouse for the homeless, if you're lucky - good, if you're not lucky - just verbally apologize and that's it, and they won't even try to make amends, somehow compensate! Firstly, you put people's lives and health in danger, your employees cannot clean rooms properly, they clean and do not see bedbugs on mattresses, you do nothing to somehow resolve such egregious incidents and you spoil the overall impression of both the city and your country, and your verbal apologies to no one Not needed! Don't set foot here anymore and I don't advise anyone!

A good, inexpensive hotel. It is located almost at the entrance to the city. We arrived very late, called many hotels, no one answered. Here, almost immediately, the girl answered, very politely, said that there was only a smoking room, it did not upset us at all, since my husband smokes. Room on the 12th floor, beautiful view of the Department Store, Park, square in front of the hotel. The room is clean, there are all accessories. Towels, kettle, mugs,hair dryer,refrigerator,TV, split system. The room was cleaned every day. Clean towels and shower kits, everything was changed every day. Polite staff. Of the minuses, the carpet near the window is slightly burned, and I would like fresher curtains, but this is a smoking room, it is clear that no one will change the carpet and curtains every day. About the food...The breakfast buffet, in the restaurant on the 1st floor, seemed to me a little meager, and expensive. 22 Belarusian rubles, for one. For this money, you can well buy ready-made food in Mo Mo. Otherwise, everything is fine. I would like to come back in the summer or in the spring. I think we will stop right there, as the location is very convenient. Nearby Parking for cars, crossing, metro,transport stops. Convenient access to all points of the city. If you are eating for the first time and do not know where to stop, then stop here, I think you will be satisfied.

The noise from the central avenue did not catch up, even with the windows closed.
When choosing a room, focus on its location, where the windows overlook. If to the east, then take an air-conditioned room, even in autumn it was hot in the morning without air conditioning in a room with windows facing east.

We stayed at the Tourist hotel for a day in a suite at a standard price in the center. Everything is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, there are all soap accessories, a refrigerator, a bar, a set of dishes. I liked everything. I'll come back on occasion.

It will go for three stars. The children lived in a room with separate beds. The linen is perfectly clean, the pillows are comfortable. That's the main thing.
I lived in a separate room, slept on the couch. The couch is creepy. They didn't give me a bathrobe and slippers, they said that you get a 20% discount for an extra seat, you're not supposed to. Awesome!

In summer, be sure to take an air-conditioned room, because sleeping with the window open and listening to the noise from the avenue and passing trams is below average pleasure.

I was in Minsk for the November holidays and the choice fell on this hotel, first of all, because of the price tag. It was lower than in hotels in the city center. I was staying in a suite. The room had dishes, a kettle, slippers and bathrobes. But at the same time, there was no tea and coffee. You need to take this with you. Towels were changed every day, cosmetics were replenished. TV with satellite channels. The windows faced the avenue, it was a little noisy. Apparently not very high-quality double-glazed windows, the windows are cold. It will probably be uncomfortable in winter.
There is a cooler on the floor. The hotel also has floors for smokers and non-smokers. This should be indicated when booking.
The breakfasts are normal. I would like more fruit and lemon for tea.
There are metro stations and shops near the hotel. The staff is friendly. In general, you can safely recommend it for a stop in the city.

Sockets are located in inconvenient places. One has a bedside table, the other does not.
The rooms are locked with a key, not a key card. Wi-fi is available, but only for guests, a PIN code for each resident is issued at the reception.
The buffet is terrible. I recommend not paying for breakfast. It's not worth it, it's better to go somewhere.
