A great hotel for your money, we lived in a comfortable room, clean and spacious, there is a kettle, air conditioning, hair dryer, cleaned every day. There are 4 metro stops to the center, the metro is 10 minutes from the hotel. In general, I liked everything, the only drawbacks are the impolite reception staff.

The most disgusting of the hotels we stayed in!!!
1. We got into the room only the third time. The first room, from which the keys were given, was not cleaned. (Mountains of bottles, dirty towels and bed linen,...) The second one had such a smell of tobacco that you couldn't even take a breath. The room, as it turned out later, was for smokers.
2. There was no air conditioner or even a fan.
3. The smell in the room was like from a soldier's barracks bordering the Soviet dining room.
4. Even the soap they provided WAS NOT WASHED!!!!
5. There were short-term interruptions with water.
6. And even the promised Wi-Fi was completely missing!!!!!!!
One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro!

Excellent hotel, under the metro window, bus stop nearby. Very clean in the rooms, in the lobby. They are cleaned every day. The bed linen is snow-white. The wallpaper in the room is not stripped, the shower and toilet are clean. Shower cap, soap, shampoo gel, 3 towels, slippers. The room is warm.

A good hotel, very attentive and responsive staff - that at the reception (all my minor issues and inconsistencies were resolved, despite the fact that the reservation was missing for some reason and I arrived at 11 pm, risked being left without a room), as well as polite cleaning staff.
The room is excellent, the linen is on the level.It's not noisy.
My windows overlooked a large park, which was very pleasant.
The ventilation is a little old-it creaks.
There is a large department store and a metro station nearby.
I recommend it!

I stayed alone with my mother to spend the night between the plane and the train. Clean, neat, not expensive. Polite staff.. Drinking water in the cooler in the lobby. It's not really convenient. Breakfast is a buffet, not really. Near the shopping center, you can buy breakfast in the evening for yourself in the morning. You can eat delicious food in Khinkalnaya, also nearby. There are public transport stops and a metro station nearby. The overall impression is good. Maybe I'll stop here next time.

Let's start with a few "advantages":
1) Location! The logistics and infrastructure of the area really pleased me.
2) basically, a normal meal in a restaurant.
That's it, the positives are over. Let's go through the points that motivated me to write this review.
1) smoked in the room! This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, but there was a persistent smell of tobacco in the room when we checked in. Thank God, the window opened and we were able to get rid of this flaw.
2) dirty windows, curtains, yellow ceiling, broken closet door... Okay, we didn't have time to fix something, but the windows obviously hadn't been washed for months.
3) the absence of bathrobes. Perhaps this is a pre-test and there are not bathrobes everywhere, but this is the first time we have encountered this. We have not seen this before in hotels of this level.
4) Bathroom accessories. The shampoo is in a bag, it is inconvenient to use it in the bathroom. The soap is also in the bag and it is clearly not of the best quality: it has a strange barely noticeable smell and does not soap at all. I didn't find the shower gel, maybe I overlooked it, maybe it's not there at all. There are no additional pieces for the bath at all, only a cap :).
5) in fact, all of the above described did not upset me as much as the attitude of the employees. I will not describe everything that bothers me, since I have already written so much. Security guard at the entrance. We drove 23 hours by bus to Minsk, arrived, rested as much as we could at the hotel and went for a walk in the evening. We returned at 11 p.m., we went in, decided to have a proper look at the lobby, since it was not up to this before. We went to see where the restaurant is located, found out that the 3rd elevator was not working, which is why we were standing in queues all the time. We are 2 girls without big bags, dressed like tourists, for what reasons did this cute gentleman decide that we were up to something? He asked us with arrogance if we lived here, to which we replied in the affirmative, and then demanded confirmation with the words "brag". To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing.
IN GENERAL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a direct exit to the Partizanskaya metro station. The room certainly left much to be desired, the 12th floor, the carpet on the floor was all burned with cigarettes, and the smell in the room was all smoky. The hotel exceeded expectations. I stay in different places in Minsk. And I liked this nice hotel with a Soviet touch. Clear. It is very important. Heat. Good reception. Quick check-in. The rooms are really decent. The only thing is that there are few pillows and they are not very comfortable. But maybe this issue could be resolved with the maids. But I didn't) a good and successful location. Everything is literally nearby. Although I'm not a fan of the Partisan district. But it's really convenient here.

A very good hotel! The location is good, the metro is nearby, the center is nearby, Parking for cars is free. The room has a hint of the Soviet Union, but it is quite decent. The food in the restaurant is delicious! But the biggest plus is the staff! Responsive, pleasant people! Any issue is resolved without delay and with a kind heart! I highly recommend it! I lived in this hotel for the first time. Polite staff, issued quickly. The room is spacious, warm, cozy. There is a refrigerator, a TV. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. I stayed at the hotel for the first time, but I really liked it) The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, the metro is just a stone's throw away. Oh, yes - excellent sound insulation, you can't hear anything from the neighboring rooms. For summer, I would recommend rooms with air conditioning. The rest of the time, any kind. The hotel is excellent initially stayed on a business trip. When I was planning a vacation with my family, I looked at a lot of things and chose a Tourist. Very clean, nice rooms, snow-white linen, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower gel and slippers. The suites are more expensive, there are bathrobes. One minus is breakfast. Meager, not worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2016 and were very satisfied. In October 2023, we also chose this hotel. But they were disappointed. Of course, the location has not changed, it is perfect, right at the exit of the Avtozavodskaya metro line (3 stops and you are in the very center), near a large department store Belarus, coffee shops and cafes appeared within walking distance, which did not exist 7 years ago. But the hotel itself is very "tired". The carpet is worn to the ground, the windows are blowing, the plumbing is old, the shower cabin is falling apart in parts. In general, everything is old and needs repair. Good breakfasts, friendly staff, beautiful view from the window on Partizansky Prospekt.

A normal economy class hotel, clean. The restaurant is delicious and not expensive, except that the food needs to be served at a certain temperature, there are requirements for this, I think in Belarus they also exist, and the menu should be flexible. The situation when a dish from the set is not available separately should be excluded. The metro is right at the entrance, public transport is also an opportunity to plunge into the life of Minsk residents. From the comments, sockets in an inconvenient place, and smiles. Guys, a hotel, a restaurant, a beauty salon, etc., it's all about smiles, it should be at the level of reflexes. I would also solve the issue of tipping via QR codes, in the age of cashless payments this is the standard, and a small incentive for the staff, of course. When buying a ticket for a low-cost airline, it is unreasonable to expect some kind of super service. For your money, it's a reasonable option. Unlike Orbita (a hotel of about the same price category in Minsk) The tourist offers a buffet breakfast.
