Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.

While traveling in Belarus, we stayed at this hotel, the impressions are the most wonderful, the friendly staff will greet you with a sweet smile and help you with your suitcases. The staff at the reception will answer all your questions, and the maids carefully monitor the cleanliness of the rooms and replenish the room daily with everything necessary. The rooms are not new, but the rooms are very cozy and clean. The bathroom has everything a traveler needs. The Wi-Fi works great. The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty and delicious.There are many dishes to choose from: porridge, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, meat products, pastries, you can not list everything. We came from Moscow to Gomel for a few days to admire the city. We arrived late at night. The prices for accommodation are affordable. We were settled. A very nice girl at the reception. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are clean. There are towels, bed linen, glasses, a small refrigerator, mugs, and a TV in the room. In the hotel restaurant, you can order a choice of a set breakfast. Very satisfying and delicious. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. Gomel has left us with the best memories! It is a very beautiful and cozy city! We recommend you to visit both the hotel and the city of Gomel!!!!
