Rooms were okay, reception staff cooperative. Food tasted good, but restaurant staff were not cooperative, probably due to language barrier, and also they were not trained to deal with dynamic changes in the situation. Often, the restaurant had no billing clerk. Waiters were not bothered to take accurate orders and avoided any eye contact or other forms of communication. Clear lacking of empathy felt by waiters and restaurant staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center. The rooms are very decent, clean, comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant is paid upon arrival. You can order a la carte, you can use a set breakfast (2 types to choose from). The breakfasts, to be honest, are not very good ... only for this I lowered my rating.

I stayed for one night-quite a convenient location, chic Soviet interiors of the 70s. Very friendly young lady at the reception. There is no air conditioning in the room (it can be critical in summer) and a hair dryer (you can probably ask). There is water and slippers. It is worth noting that the soap is the usual hotel "roundels", but with a pleasant fragrance, I was pleased. Overall, the room is clean. The linen is white and clean. The bed creaks a little, but not critically. The breakfast is portioned - quite satisfying, but there was not enough bread - they give 2 small pieces. Overall, it's good, even very good for its price, but there is something to improve. Strong 4.
