Hello. I express my dissatisfaction with your airline. I flew to Vienna on 11/20/2023. The plane was constantly late by 15 or 20 minutes. Bolshoy Eli Airport has been booked for the Istanbul-Vienna flight. At the airport, a girl screamed at me when she was going through customs at the airport. Nightmare. The food on the plane is terribly not tasty. I had a stomach ache for 2 days. Then on the way back to Almaty it was cold on the plane, they didn't provide blankets. They said no. Please improve the quality of service in your airline.

The staff is not very friendly..... The flight was canceled due to a message in Turkish with a broken link.
